This was a fun and interesting experience - as someone who’s been to London a few times I was looking for something a bit off the beaten path. Our guide Murray was amazing. Extremely charismatic and a lovely story teller! He told some spooky and grim tales about the darker side of london’s history while also keeping the mood upbeat. Most of the tour takes place within walking distance to the starting point and you get to see some lovely landmarks along the way. The walking is not strenuous and he offers a toilet break about 30 mins into the tour (this is the only potential stop) for the last stop on the tour you hop on the tube and go to tower hill for a final tail. From there i just hopped right back on the tube to leave. All in all our tour was about an hour, 45 mins.
Tom, our tour guide, was a great storyteller and was really able to mix London’s dark history, ghost stories and allegations of haunting which made it a fun time.
Got to see cool sites and hear great stories! Murray was energetic and knowledgeable! Funny guy and great !
There is no Thames cruise. We booked this tour to experience river cruise. Instead he brought us on the tube. Total waste of an evening. Vague stories with no substance it’s basic and boring. Overall it’s rubbish avoid.
Our guide was very entertaining! I good story-teller is vital to a good ghost tour! The stories shared contained just the right amount of history, spookiness, and entertainment. I was there with my two sons (14 and 17) and we all enjoyed it. The tour we took included a boat ride on the Thames to the Tower of London. Waiting for the boat and the boat ride itself took up a lot of time that I wish had been filled with more stories about ghosts--it seemed like wasted time. But, overall, this was an excellent tour!
London history is full of intrigue, dirty deeds and crises. This tour leans into the gory dark stories, diving into executions, torture and plagues that were a perennial presence in the city. Marvin was at his best when describing the execution of Lady Margaret, really drawing us into the 11-stroke nightmare. Talk about the importance of proper tipping and an experienced hand.

We booked a tour with a boat ride but instead had to pay for a train (tube) ride and did not get a boat trip. The guide was good but the tour was disappointing.
This was a fun way to experience London and learn about the towns haunted past! Jack was a fantastic guide who clearly enjoys what he does!
Although our tour guide (Murray) was an excellent story teller, I was a bit disappointed with the length of the tour and that there was no boat included as described in the itinerary. We ended up taking the tube across from Big Ben to tower hill (which we had to pay for) which is fine but we only did one story there before the tour ended. Total there were probably 8 stories and the tour was about an hour and 20 minutes. Although this tour wasn’t what I expected, Murray was great and I would still try the other tours he recommended to us.
