This trip was the best experience of my life thanks to Mahmoud, it was amazing. His knowledge, kindness and professionalism made this stay an unforgettable one!
I left alone on this two-day trip to the white and black desert, and I can say without hesitation that this experience was one of the highlights of my trip. From the first few minutes, I felt totally confident, carried by a perfect organization and attentive team. The journey to the desert in a comfortable van allowed me to leave behind the outside world and prepare myself mentally for what lay ahead. On arrival at the hotel, a generous Egyptian breakfast was waiting for me, like a real invitation to travel. Being able to leave my luggage and go to the desert with only the essentials gave me a deep feeling of freedom. Throughout the day, I was amazed by the raw beauty of the landscape: endless expanses, unreal rock formations, almost sacred silence. The guide knew every corner of the desert and took the time to stop, letting me fully enjoy every moment and capture these images that will remain engraved forever. The camping moment was simply magical. The place was secluded, peaceful, out of time. I felt a unique feeling of being alone in the world, as if deposited on another planet. The simple and warm dinner prepared on site made this moment even more human and authentic. Then came night... Lying under a sky filled with stars, with a clarity I had never seen before, was a deeply moving, almost spiritual experience. When he woke up, the desert was bathed in a soft, silent light. After a light breakfast, we went back on the road and discovered more natural wonders. I left with my heart filled, soothed, transformed by this solo adventure that reconnected me to the essentials. A rare, powerful experience that I recommend to anyone looking for more than just a trip.
My family did the two day trip into the White and Black Desert in September and the trip was fantastic from start to finish. Getting into the desert was an easy trip with a very comfortable van nlbig enough for the entire group. The hotel had a huge Egyptian lunch ready for us when we arrived. There was a room to store our big luggage so we only had to take enough for overnight to the campsite. The drivers were prepared with drinks for the tour throughout the day. We saw so many incredibly geologic sites with breathtaking views of the desert and many rock formations. Our guide knew all the best spots and we had a lot of opportunities to take photos and in between we got a break from the heat in the air conditioned car as we drove around. The campsite where we set up was beautiful and private, it felt like we were the only people on earth, although the terrain makes it feel more like sleeping on the moon. Our guide prepared a wonderful dinner for everyone and we got to lay out under the stars for some incredibly clear views. In the morning we had a light breakfast before getting to see even more rock formations on the way back to the hotel.
