The sites visited are magnificent, but the entire bus had to wait 1 hour at a road intersection for the 4-person taxis that were supposed to be dropped off at that location to wait for their taxi. We would have preferred to stay an hour longer at Agua Azul rather than waiting 1 hour on the side of a road!!!
Well organized and attentive drivers, I recommend them fully!
This is basically a taxi service where you are driven to the first waterfall, where you stay for 30 minutes, then Agua Azul where you stop for two and a half hours. The driver only speaks Spanish (not his fault, I only speak English) but uses his mobile whilst driving. This is his fault, totally unnecessary and unacceptable when you are driving a bus load of 10 people.
Absolutely beautiful with many spaces to swim in. It was spacious with not many people about. The driver picked me up and dropped me off directly from my Airbnb in palenque whilst some other passengers continued on to San Cristobal. We got 45 minutes at Mizol Ha then 3 hours at Agua Azul. All admission fees were included in the package. In total the day was from 12pm-7pm.
Your drivers lack Service and Customer Service training. They do not meet the mentioned tour schedule. Lack of logistics on trips at the time they say they pass do not pass and you do not arrive at the time you must arrive at your hotel
The driver was terrible. He was constantly texting while driving, and I had to shout at him to make him stop doing that. Nevertheless, he would stop abruptly in the middle of nowhere while driving to check his texts, and then he would resume the drive. I felt very unsafe for the whole journey, and while the sites are beautiful, this completely spoiled my experience
Agua azul and misol-ha are both beautiful, well worth the visit, great places to go to. You've seen the pictures, it's nice. Maybe a bit crowded at times, but what you'd expect? However, this isn't a 'tour'. It's just a shared taxi. They'll drop you at Misol Ha, give you one hour to visit, pick you up, bring you to Agua Azul, give three more hours and bring you back to Palenque. Which is all fine .You don't need more than a taxi. But with 10 people each paying this price, it's the most expensive taxi service in Mexico. Find a better deal
No English spoken so thankfully there was another guest who could translate from Spanish. Both waterfalls were amazing and we had a really great day. The trip ran on time all day.
The two areas are beautiful. Amazing color of the water. If you go to the area below, it is not so spectacular the waterfall, but the peace is incredible and still beautiful to see. There are areas where bathing is allowed. Lots of itinerant and food stalls, which if you lose a little natural charm...
Twice the price by tripadvisor Better to check with the local company, eco tour or other straight outside ado bus company
