C'est la meilleure visite des vins à Christchurch/Canterbury. Vous visiterez certaines des meilleures caves de North Canterbury lors de la visite des vins tout compris Waipara Wine Experience avec Giles Tours. Cette visite comprend des dégustations tutorées dans 3 caves boutiques et un délicieux déjeuner de plateau de caves. Au départ de Christchurch à 10h30, vous dégusterez une sélection de vins de qualité dans la région viticole émergente de Waipara, y compris des arrêts à Pegasus Bay, Torlesse Winery et Terrace Edge/Georges Road wineries. Apprenez grâce à votre guide averti sur le microclimat unique de Waipara en dégustant une gamme de vins rouges et blancs de classe mondiale. Il s'agit d'une visite partagée, mais nous avons seulement besoin d'un minimum de 2 personnes pour exécuter la visite avec un maximum de 6 par visite. What a fantastic experience with Giles on this tour. What he doesn't know about wines probably isn't worth knowing! We visited some fantastic wineries, and it was great seeing the vines just about to be harvested. Giles' was brilliant in adding so much to the information being shared from the winery staff. The wines were brilliant, and a lovely platter lunch was included. What a fantastic day, comfortable, interesting, delicious and well-hosted by Giles.

We went with Giles and one other couple who we met at the starting point. Giles was so informative, and knowledgeable about wine and the local wineries - it was a pleasure to learn more from him. We visited 3 wineries, and one of them provided lunch as well. Each one had a different type of wine, and there was a lot of wine tasted! We were so impressed, and we were lucky that we got on so well with the other couple - overall this was a great trip. Sadly Giles tells us that he is going to retire in April, so if you want the same wonderful day, you need to book soon - we highly recommend this tour.

Giles picked us up, and we join a few other people and headed up to waipara. The van was comfortable and Giles provided interesting facts and info along the way. Our first stop was Pegasus Bay, then on to two other smaller wineries. There was plentiful wine tasting at all stops. I thought the lunch was ok, but not fabulous. Would recommend Giles and his tour.
