Worst tour I ever went on!!!!
Not only was the lights on the trolley not working, but all the Christmas lights were turned off. The driver kept going around a display that was turned off while apologizing. Save your money. You will thank me. Way better tours in Oahu!!!

Absolute rip-off
This tour would’ve been an absolute joke if it hadn’t cost $48.
Essentially, it was 30 minutes in a circus tent with pathetic characters beforehand, with hot cocoa or a bottle of water!!! Be careful of the WOW factor!
Then the ‘lights tour’ was a short drive - AND NOT ALL THE LIGHTS WERE ON!!!! And they knew ahead of time that the lights weren’t going to be on!!
Twenty of the sixty minutes wasn’t even a tour - they dumped us at some park, where we could take in a sad display at our leisure.
AVOID.

The Holiday Lights Tour is designed as a seasonal, family-friendly experience that combines pre-show entertainment, refreshments, and a guided drive through select holiday displays. With that being said, we fell short of expectations, and we will strive to improve our offerings.
You are correct that lighting availability is dependent on external venues and city installations, and we regret that not all displays were illuminated during your tour. While we strive to communicate this in advance, it’s clear that the experience you received did not feel complete or worth the cost.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the stop at the park and the pacing of the tour. Your comments have been shared with our operations and programming teams as we review ways to improve flow, content, and guest expectations for future seasons.

Holiday tour
Chuck is the bomb! Had such a great fun ride. Safe but such an enjoyable family outing that made our experience to the Honolulu Hale on the TROLLEY a whole lot more worth it!
