We were extremely disappointed with this excursion. The quad bikes were very old, and the overall organisation was poor. Basic facilities were lacking: there was no drinking water, no seating area while waiting, and the baggage storage room was completely out of order. Additionally, the restroom facilities were dirty and lacked running water. The operators were constantly rushing us and didn't even allow us time to take photos. Overall, it was poorly managed and definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this tour at all.
Kabo was really good. the experience was so fun and worth the money
It was a valuable experience. Thank you for having such a great time.
It was all in all a great experience, the kids loved it.It was excellent value for money, and the activities were brilliant.Again, lots of fun I would recommend
Kabo was amazing. He helped us with the quad bikes and made us have a brilliant time. 10/10 experience
Kabo was the best host. We loved the whole experience. The quads were fun and the team were all good 👍🏾
Fantastic experience! The guides were professional, friendly, and safety-conscious, explaining everything clearly before departure. The quads were in excellent condition and easy to drive, even for those who were first-timers.
Experience purchased via Revolut. Excellent, well organized. Dress warmly
Kabo was our guide and was great, really helpful, lots of fun and helped take some great pictures! Went with my son on the quads and the views were incredible, a really good day all round
Pick up communication was good and driver picked up at specified time. There was no mention that a scarf is required otherwise have to pay 200 Egyptian pounds per scarf. Quad bike experience was good, however I feel there was no patience from the tour guides on those struggling to ride the quad bike. They could've given more time showing them how to drive the bike but I saw a few being driven by the tour guides which I think ruins the experience. I would avoid the camel ride - we did it and it lasted less than 5 minutes, what a waste of money. The Bedouin experience wasn't a experience at all, it was much more of a place for tourists to purchase merchandise. The itinerary mentions the safari would last 3 hours but I felt everything was rushed and we were back in less than 2 hours 30 mins. At the end of the trip, the guide was pushy asking for 5 star reviews and uploading photos but for us as a group it wasn't a 5 star experience. Giving it a 3 star review.
