The tour guide provided a wealth of information on various topics, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. His willingness to assist with photos was greatly appreciated. The visit to the Moet and Chandon house was outstanding, especially the house’s excellent guide. Overall, it was a fantastic day and an exceptional tour, offering great value for money.
This was my first time visiting Paris. I was to celebrate my 50th birthday with 2 of my closest friends. I booked this tour months in advance of the trip. 2 days before we were to arrive in Paris I got a call and text messages from someone from this company telling me I need to change the date of the tour because they did not have a driver. I informed them that wasn't an option because our entire vacation was already planned out. I should have known from that conversation this was not a professional company handing this outing. Upon arriving in Paris I got another call asking me once again to change the date because no driver. I than reached out to someone through the Viator app. They assured me that there were no issues with the tour. Someone named Victor harassed me about changing the date of the tour to the point that I asked him to just cancel the tour because I was no longer interested in going. Someone is lieing and this is not professional. He than tells me there are no refunds. Now I'm going back and forth with "Victor" and someone through the Viator app. They know nothing of a sick driver and he's telling them he didn't tell me that. Of course I pulled up all the text messages that I had with someone from his company. It was so stressful I called my bank and I'll let them handle my refund. Extremely unprofessional employees and very inconsiderate.

On the morning day before the tour, we sent a confirmation message regarding the pickup time, ensuring everything was in order as planned. We understand that after this confirmation, you decided to cancel the tour. We want to emphasize that this cancellation was a decision made on your end, and even though it was beyond our standard cancellation policy, we chose to issue a full refund to accommodate your change in plans. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication that might have occurred and regret that we were not able to provide you with the experience you were looking forward to. My recent trip to the Champagne region was truly enchanting. The tour at Veuve Clicquot gave me a fascinating look into the world of champagne-making, and the blind tasting added an element of surprise that made it even more enjoyable. The restaurant provided us with a immersive culinary experience, highlighting the rich local flavors. The communication throughout the trip was prompt and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey. This adventure was a perfect blend of history, taste, and luxury, leaving me eager to return for more.
The day was such fun and our driver/ tour guide was so engaging. He made our small group gel really well. It was awesome.
Our driver, Benoît, was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the Champagne /Epernay region. He was a safe driver , but also informative about the history of the region along the drive & gave us many photo opportunities. Our group of Texas ladies appreciated that be was English-speaking & helpful with communication. He took us to 2 wonderful champagne houses & then a delicious, 3-course French lunch. The grande finale was quick stop at Veuve Clicquot headquarters.
Our guide/driver was super knowledgeable and very informative. The best part was when we stopped in the side of the road by a vineyard and learned about the history, science and art of champagne
We were picked up from our hotel, and we headed straight to Epernay with a quick restroom and coffee break along the way. At each stop, we had tastings and tours pre-booked so that all we did was show up and the champagne house was already prepared for us. We also did a 3 course lunch at a local restaurant. The trip was very well organized and I could not have planned it any better myself. We concluded the day at a small local producer for an intimate tasting before heading back to Paris.
We had a wonderful trip! Our guide and driver - Victor- was helpful and made our trip relaxing and fun! The lunch at the chateaux was absolutely perfect! It was one of our best days of our vacation! Thank you!
