It was a smooth trip with a professional driver after a long trip. I would rebook with no doubts. The printed sign with my name on it at pick up and drop off was a nice touch.

We had a great experience! I hope to return to Santo Domingo and definitely will request Viaje Seguro's services again. We arrived at SDQ very early in the morning, at 1:50 am, and was able to coordinate pickup with Emmanuel. The car was clean and we felt very safe. My friend is learning Spanish and she had fun chatting with the driver about music. Our flight actually arrived earlier than expected and we didn't have any luggage to pickup, so we reached our pickup area a bit earlier than our driver. My friend and I (two women) felt very safe waiting for our driver despite it being so late at night. We were able to communicate with Whatsapp. When our driver pulled up, he called out my name so we knew it was him. Typically they wait for you with your name on a sign, so it's easier than looking for an Uber in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this private pickup service to other first time DR visitors like us! Mil gracias, Emmanuel!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but my driver was very communicative and patient ! They reached out immediately after booking to confirm details and was always attentive during my day of travel. He even waited 50min after my plane delay. Def worth it, I’ll be booking again! Gracias 🙏🏽
