Pour ceux qui cherchent à améliorer leur expérience, le centre de ski offre une cafétéria où vous pourrez vous détendre avec un café, ainsi que des manèges en télésiège en option qui offrent une vue encore plus imprenable sur le paysage volcanique. Nous commencerons notre excursion depuis Puerto Varas « la ville des Roses » vers le volcan Osorno, en bordure du lac Llanquihue nous profiterons d'une belle carte postale avec les volcans Osorno et Calbuco enneigés en arrière-plan, jusqu'à atteindre le secteur Ensenada.
De là, nous commencerons l'ascension jusqu'à atteindre le centre de ski et de montagne du volcan Osorno, situé à 1 240 mètres d'altitude. Nous y resterons environ une heure où nous aurons le temps de profiter du paysage, de prendre des photos et d'apprécier une vue inégalée sur le sommet des volcans avec leurs glaciers de neige éternelle, Calbuco, le lac Llanquihue et l'océan Pacifique.
En option, les passagers peuvent se servir un café ou un sandwich à la cafétéria sur place ou prendre les ascenseurs pour monter à 1 450 mètres d'altitude à la station Spring ou à 1 750 mètres à la station Glacier d'où une vue magnifique et impressionnante peut être vue. du lac Llanquihue.

Trip to Osorno Volcano and Petrohue Falls was very nice, the scenary was incredible had lot of time to explore the Falls and at Osorno and boat ride in the lake though a little too windy Our driver cum guide was knowledgeable and friendly and organised. He was speaking in three different languages. He was good.
We had a great experience on our Osorno Volcano tour. We had plenty of time to take the chair lifts to the Glacier Station. Then our Driver Daimen took us to the Wooden church in Porto Varas. We also toured the Plaza De Armas at Puerto Montt before being dropped at the Fish Market to see sea lions.
Very punctual and pleasant the trip, we visited everything calmly and with very good stories, fair stops and a lunch in Ensenada very homemade and rich.
We drove from Pucon to Puerto Varas on Rita 5. Recommend a detour via Puerto Octay and round the east side of Lake Llanquihue. It’s about 100km to PV but a lot of scenic stops. The best being Puerto Octay for the views and the drive up Orsorno volcano. The road to the volcano is 20km but tarmaced all the way to the chairlift. Views are stunning of the surrounding valleys and mountains. If you can, take a trip on the three lakes crossing to Argentina. The trip takes about 10 hours to Bariloche but can be done over a couple of days. Lots of options. A great way to get to Argentina.

The guide informed a lot about the region and the nature. Very interesting. The tour was a bit more than 4 hours along the lake and then up the volcano. A beautiful landscape. I appreciated that the guide was informing in Spanish and English, although I was the only English speaking
We were picked up at Puerto Montt, went to the beautiful city of Puerto Varas, drove along the panoramic road to the vulcano Osorno. Our guide Joaqiun was very knowledgeable and spoke sufficient English.
Easy access. You go by car on a winding but well preserved road. Upon arrival at the parking lot there are several trails, a cafeteria and also cable car with chairs to climb in 2 more levels. In addition to the wonderful view, there are 2 very interesting viewpoints.
Unfortunately the cable car was closed the day we went up, as it was snowing and very windy. The view is spectacular. But it's very cold!
