L'itinéraire peut être adapté aux sites touristiques que le groupe veut voir, mais généralement vols incluent des vues de l'impressionnant Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Port de La Nouvelle-Orléans et Mississippi River.

- Un minimum de 2 personnes par réservation est requis.
- Un maximum de 3 personnes par réservation.
- Le code vestimentaire dépend de la météo; il n'y a pas de climatisation pendant les mois d'été.
- La nourriture et les boissons ne sont pas autorisées à bord de l'avion.
- Il n'y a pas de toilettes à bord.
- Aucun gros sac n'est autorisé à bord de l'avion, seuls les petits sacs à main et les sacs.
- Cette excursion n’est pas recommandée aux personnes sujettes au mal des transports. Veuillez prendre les précautions nécessaires, car aucun remboursement ne sera fourni dans les cas concernant ces situations. Il est recommandé aux femmes enceintes de consulter leur médecin avant de prendre l'avion.
- Tous les poids des passagers DOIVENT être informés au moment de la réservation, le poids combiné ne doit pas dépasser 450 livres et aucune personne ne peut dépasser 300 livres.
- Le temps de vol est défini comme le temps écoulé entre le démarrage du moteur et son arrêt. Cela inclut le temps nécessaire pour se rendre de la rampe à la piste d’aller et retour, avant et après le décollage et l’atterrissage.
- Vous devrez fournir une pièce d'identité avec photo à votre arrivée.
- En cas de situation météorologique unique, nous vous programmerons sans frais une autre date et une heure au plus tard deux semaines après la réservation initiale. Veuillez donc prévoir une autre date et une autre heure. Les remboursements ne sont pas disponibles si un vol doit être reprogrammé en raison des conditions météorologiques.
- Vous devrez signer une décharge de sécurité avant le décollage.

This was our first Aerial Tour of the City. Ashley was our Pilot, She made the flight a really enjoyable experience. This was a 45 minute booking , perfect for us. We have been to Nola for years and it was so fun to see it from above. The trip was a great value considering what the other tour operators charge for the swamp tours, ect. We highly recommend this to anyone coming to Nola. We will book it again next time in town! Thanks Ashley!!!!

A pleasant location with friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much for them. A fantastic tour over the Lake and New Orleans with the Pilot explaining all the locations and views on our trip. A normal day turned into a Great Day.

The guide was very professional and his landing skills were superb. As for the tour, I did not enjoy it. There was no air conditioning and extremely hot. The aircraft battery was dead and the pilot had to run inside to get the cables to jump the battery. So we sat inside the aircraft sweating while patiently waiting. The aircraft was very old. I guess for my first aerial tour and the price I paid (over $300) I expected better views, AC and more comfort.

We apologize for the incident with the battery. Similar to an automobile battery, an aircraft battery can also unexpectedly drain. Instead of canceling or delaying your tour, we made the decision to jump start the battery, a completely safe alternative to still provide an enjoyable, on-time service. As for the temperature, it is summer in Louisiana, it’s hot. We don’t hide the fact that our aircraft are not air conditioned and recommend dressing appropriately for the weather or scheduling earlier or later in the day when the weather is slightly cooler. We do our best to make sure that is stated everywhere you can book a flight. It does cool off a little once you take off, but it’s still summer in Louisiana and it was over 90 degrees out on the day of your tour. Regarding the views, we confirmed that the tour was conducted on our standard route at 1500 ft and included all of the important landmarks and views. Our pilot mentioned your partner appeared to have thoroughly enjoyed the flight and gave our pilot gratuity at the end of the tour. Thank you,
We asked to be taken over the Mississippi River, the bayous, and the tributaries off the Mississippi River which flow on to the Gulf. This was different than the usual sightseeing tour given by this company. Our flight was 60 minutes. Our pilot was awesome, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing as well as explaining what we were seeing! It was a great experience and would do it again! The price was perfect! My husband and I would recommend this flight company!

People were really friendly, both in the communication planning the activity as well as in person. The entrance was a little hard to find but everything that I asked for had been taken care of! We did the 60 min flight and so we had ample time to fly around the bayou, downtown as well as uptown. Great pricing (in my view) as well, would def recommend it!
