Go Ballooning est une entreprise familiale qui s'efforce d'offrir une expérience client de haute qualité et de créer des souvenirs inoubliables. Le panier de la compagnie mesure six mètres de long, laissant aux passagers beaucoup d'espace pour prendre leurs propres photos et profiter de la vue. Go Ballooning exploite le seul panier australien avec portes. Cela signifie que les passagers n'ont plus besoin de grimper sur le panier pour entrer. Les clients recevront également un forfait photo à la fin de leur vol.

Notre bus viendra chercher les clients vers 3h00 à 4h30 (selon la période de l'année) à un endroit donné de prise en charge (ces détails sont envoyés par SMS la nuit avant leur vol). Les clients seront conduits au site de décollage. Le temps de vol en vol est d'environ 45 à 60 minutes. Nous survolons la ville de Gold Coast ou l'arrière-pays de Gold Coast, selon le régime des vents. Les clients seront ramenés au lieu de prise en charge entre 7h30 et 9h.

I can honestly say this hot air balloon experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. It all started with spot-on, direct communication from the operator. We scored a ripper deal with a smooth-as booking process, followed by clear instructions and a locked-in 4 AM pickup time so we had no worries. The hour-long bus ride to the launch field gave us a chance to catch some much-needed sleep, and the halfway pitstop was a bloody lifesaver. A warm cuppa tea and some bikkies in the chilly morning air was exactly what we needed. Once at the field, top marks to the crew for providing disposable shoe covers to dodge the wet grass and cow dung "land mines"! Watching the balloon inflate was unreal. Fair dinkum, it is so much bigger than you’d expect. Our pilot was an absolute legend, giving a crystal-clear safety briefing and sharing heaps of fascinating knowledge throughout the flight, explaining how the balloon actually works and pointing out where we were heading. The views were simply magnificent, and catching the sunrise up there was pure magic. The adventure continued right through to the fun landing, where we actually got to step inside the deflating balloon and pitch in to help pack it away. The kids were absolutely stoked the whole time, too. The basket has stepping holes so the little ones could easily peek out, and they were even allowed to sit carefully on the middle railing for a bit. It was a bonza morning out and an unforgettable experience for the whole family! Good on ya, guys.
We have ballooned in Turkey’s Cappadocia, Cambodia’s Seam Reap, Egypt’s Valley of Kings and Victoria’s Yarra Valley. But we think Go Ballooning Gold Coast is the top for their fantastic staff and the enthusiasm they instilled into us all.
