Vous serez récupéré à votre hôtel tôt le matin, généralement avant le lever du soleil, et conduit jusqu'au site de décollage. Very poor. Day 1 cancelled due to weather - understandable. Day 2 cancelled due to fog - frustrating, but understandable. No notification that there was no further availability and that you get the booked day or nothing. If we hadn't of checked we would not have known and been waiting for a pick up at 5am. Refund pending but does not fix the fact that we have been unable to do the one thing Capadocia is famous for. Very poor!!

Weather conditions are completely beyond our control, and balloon flights in Cappadocia are subject to strict safety regulations. Your reservation was only valid for the original booked date, as daily flight availability and prices vary depending on capacity and weather. Planning extra days for alternative attempts is something that needs to be arranged according to each guest’s travel schedule. We also stayed in touch with you through WhatsApp, and when you asked us, we responded promptly. Leaving a one-star review for something that did not actually take place is disheartening, as it does not reflect the service provided. We appreciate your understanding that safety and proper planning always come first.
Unreal experience, would definitely recommend this company. Not over crowded, no waiting around. Very friendly and took pictures for us.

An incredible experience, not to be missed if visiting Cappadocia. I read about purchasing tickets in advance, the recommendation was to book early as the less availability, the more the price increases. I booked online a few days in advance and it was very expensive. However, having now been to Goreme, there are so many companies offering balloon rides, you can shop around and get a much better price. I’d be very surprised if there was ever a lack of availability. With hindsight, I would have done it this way.

All tour operators provide pick up and drop from your hotel. One needs to wake up early as most tour starts between 4 and 5 AM. It's a wonderful sight to see so many colourful balloons fill the morning sky. Watching sunrise from the balloon is a great site. Most operators provide breakfast before the flight and bubbly non alcoholic champagne and a certificate after the flight. Please bargain for the price.
