What a great experience! Highly recommend. Captain of the balloon was fantastic and the views unbelievable. Lovely toast and snacks at the end. Always felt safe!
Without a doubt, a fantastic experience. From the transfer from the hotel to the hot air balloon flight, everything was impeccable. Francesco was a wonderful tour guide. I consider this tour a "can't miss" attraction while in Florence.
We had a blast!!! Loved the unique experience flying over the city then the Tuscan countryside! It was peaceful and lovely. Roberto was an excellent pilot!
We had been looking forward to this experience for weeks. Unfortunately the weather had other plans for us and we did not get a chance to fly on our scheduled date due to fog. The staff was by far the best part of our experience. They made us feel like we were the most important people in the world. They tried to wait out the weather but unfortunately it didn’t clear out for us to be able to fly. While we waited for the weather to clear out, they took us out for coffee. Once they knew they had to call it do to weather they called a taxi for us and even paid for the taxi back to our hotel. I believe that had we had the chance to fly that day it would’ve been an experience of a lifetime just because of the friendly staff. Hope we can come back and get to fly some day.
The hot air balloon ride was awesome!! Roberto and Giorgia were friendly and fantastic. We had a great time. Amazing views of Florence and Tuscany. I would do it again. Nice breakfast at end with Prosecco!

This is once in a lifetime experience going over Florence. Watching the city from the top during sunrise was a magnificent experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this. The cost is very high and that’s a minus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They transported me back to my hotel even though they didn’t have to do it.
