- Pour la question au moment du paiement "Où souhaitez-vous être déposé", veuillez saisir "Sortie" ou "Le nom de votre hôtel" si vous avez réservé un transfert aéroport.
- Pour une arrivée accélérée de 00h00 à 05h59, il y a un supplément de 500 Baht par personne, minimum 2 personnes.
- Pour un départ accéléré avec le salon Premium de 00h00 à 05h59, il y a un supplément de 1 300 Baht par personne, minimum 2 personnes.
- Retards de vol - Si votre vol est retardé, il n'est pas nécessaire de nous en informer. Notre guide de l'aéroport sera informé, car nous surveillons activement les horaires des vols.
- Changements de vol - Si votre numéro de vol change, veuillez nous en informer au moins 6 heures avant votre heure d'arrivée initialement prévue afin que nous puissions mettre à jour l'horaire de votre Guide. Veuillez noter qu'en raison de la réglementation sur la confidentialité, les compagnies aériennes ne nous informeront pas des changements apportés à votre itinéraire; il est de la responsabilité du passager de nous en informer directement pour assurer la prestation de votre service.

Booking the VIP Fast Track in Phuket was hands down the best decision we made for our trip. From the second we stepped off the plane, the arrival was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. What really blew us away, though, was the incredible customer service before we even landed. Tak at IAsia Thailand noticed an error in the flight details we had submitted and proactively emailed us to get everything corrected ahead of time. Because of Tak's sharp attention to detail, our guide was waiting right at the gate to escort us through customs without a hitch.

Unfortunately no one showed up. I waited around for quite awhile. Luckily it didn't take too long to get through customs.

After receiving no response, we sent a follow-up on July 23rd, and subsequently asked Viator to reach out to you on July 26th as well. Couldn’t believe how good this service is. Met at the top of the fly bridge and through to baggage in 5 mins. The 2 staff assigned to us were brilliant. The normal queue for immigration was at least a 2 - 3 hr wait. I’ve never seen the arrivals hall so busy in many trip to Phuket. Anyone going through Phuket International, do yourself a BIG favour and use this service. You won’t regret it.

The fast track service was a great experience and made arriving at Phuket Airport a breeze. We were met at the jet bridge by a couple of very kind and helpful staff that help us navigate the airport and immigration. This saved us a ton of time when we were exhausted after several long flights and we were on our way to our hotel in less than 20 minutes.
