Respect for the benefit paid. We had to make the trip in a boat of 12 people by the Olympic agency. We found ourselves on the dock having to board a boat packed with 45 people... well packed. The program was not respected. 25 minutes on sazan instead of the scheduled time. Despite our arrival at the agency very early, no one warned us of the change. A small boat trip was well planned (we saw the boat with its Olympic flag) but it was full. We were too many. We paid €45 for this trip while the passengers of this boat of 45 people paid €18. It’s just theft and contempt.

The boat you mention seeing with the Olympia flag was indeed one of our boats, but it was assigned to a different tour, and yes of course it was already full booked. As you traveled in August, the peak of the season, it is completely normal for all boats to be fully booked. Guests who prefer fewer passengers or extra space always have the option to choose a *private tour*, which we clearly offer. Regarding the itinerary, it was followed as planned. The stop at Sazan Island was made in accordance with the schedule and operational conditions of the day. Stop durations may vary slightly due to port traffic, weather, or maritime regulations, always prioritizing safety and overall tour flow. As for the price, there seems to be a misunderstanding. You paid €45 in total, which consists of: €18 per person x 2 travelers = €36 €9 for 4 drinks, which you selected and paid for as an extra option This pricing was clearly stated at the time of booking and matches exactly what was delivered. We sincerely apologize that the experience did not match your personal expectations. WARNING! Worst possible organizer. The description of the tour does not match what is offered. Stressed "guides" who told us to dip quickly on the island of Sazan instead of promised guided walk. Terrible boat trip where they did not take into account high waves that made the tour very unpleasant. Dropped at a beach where it cost 20 Euro for sun lounger, otherwise pebble beach was offered. Said they offered drinks but it was never offered. Very unpleasant attitude from the crew who also wanted to force us to write good reviews. Choose another organizer if you want to do this tour.
Overall had a fun time on this tour! I recommend bringing extra water and water shoes to walk over the rocky beaches. The tour is challenging if you have mobility issues, so consider well if you're able to cross a floating pier and feel comfortable getting in and out of the boat. Service was good!
