The boat tour took us briefly around the beautiful cave and then to a bay on the peninsula for a two hour pit stop. We enjoyed it although the boat was 30 minutes late setting off with little apology. When we got to the cove, I had paid extra for snorkels but we were only given masks and no pipes were available. The driver was friendly. Overall, a passable experience but dampened by the details.
This was really terrible. The people are perfectly nice but it didn’t feel at all safe-the photos are not accurate as the boats in the photo are used but there around 30 people on the boat. We stopped in the cave and got no information about it and then were left at one beach. The itinerary wasn’t followed at all-this was the only stop. We also paid for the vip package but got no snorkel-just a can of drink. On the way back the bait was supposed to collect us at 3.30. In stead we were left and although other boats from the same company were leaving the drivers didn’t tell us anything was wrong. Some jumped on other boats and 13 of us were left for 50 minutes not knowing what was happening with children just sitting on the dock. Eventually a boat turned up to take us back and said that the original boat had broken down. I understand these things can happen but they could have communicated better. The tour company did respond eventually when we were on our way back but weirdly couldn’t get through to anyone on the tour due to signal. Strange that this affected everyone but that we were able to use our phones.
Very nice reception from the people who worked there. They accidentaly put me on the (more luxurious) boat, but charged me nothing extra and handled it perfectly. Thanks for the lovely day!
Terrible, crammed in like sardines... they show you a cave... then they drop you off on a beach full of hundreds of other tourists for a couple of hours and then take you back home... The excursions to Saranda are much more beautiful where they take you to many beautiful spots to swim from the boat.
Grazie per Il so feedback ma e quell tour avete prenotato 🤷♂️
We had Santi as our tour guide and he was really friendly. He told us a lot about the countryside and had great taste in music. It was totally worth it and a blast!! I highly recommend it, especially with Santi as your guide!!!
We loved the tour!! But unfortunately we were pushed in the water by the team Helio and Vini
We had an incredible experience. From the moment we left the port, the ride was fast, fun, and very exciting. The speedboat was modern and comfortable, and the skipper was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area.Everything was well organized, safe, and exactly as described. The guide explained the history and made sure everyone had enough time to enjoy each stop. This tour is the perfect way to explore Albania’s wild coastline from the sea. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vlore.
Great place too bad that Viator announces a 4-seater itinerary when you see only 2 Otherwise the staff nothing to say great guide
The activity was ok without more. For the same price there must be much better competitors. Contrary to our expectations there was only one stop during which we could not swim. Several stops were announced with the possibility of going into the water. Instead after visiting the cave we were landed on a beach for 2h45!! (Instead of 1h30 announced) on this beach the only restaurant gets crazy prices for the quality of a bad canteen. There were 12 of us on a small boat I had to sit on a narrow ledge not at all comfortable. We are happy to have seen the cave and to have sailed. But next time we will take another provider who will at least pretend to please his customers.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. Please note that we strictly follow our tour itinerary to ensure a consistent and organized experience for all our guests. The number of stops, swimming opportunities, and duration at each location are planned in advance and communicated clearly to maintain safety and coordination, especially considering weather and sea conditions which can sometimes affect the schedule. We regret that the beach stop felt longer than expected and that the restaurant did not meet your standards, though it operates independently of our services. Regarding the boat, we always aim to maintain comfort within the limits of the vessel’s capacity and design. We’re glad you enjoyed visiting the cave and the boat ride overall. Your comments are valuable to us and will be taken into consideration as we continue to improve. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future
The boat tour in Vlorë was such a blast! The guides were not only helpful but also incredibly personable, which made the whole experience even better. After an exhilarating high-speed ride across the sparkling blue waters, our first stop was the cave — absolutely stunning and a must-see in our opinion. From there, we headed to the beach club area. You could stay and rent chairs at the club, or (like we did) take a short 5–10 minute walk and discover your own private slice of paradise along the pebble beaches. We found a secluded spot all to ourselves and enjoyed swimming in the refreshing, clear water. A quick tip: if you choose this route, definitely wear water shoes — there are sea urchins around! Overall, this tour was the highlight of our trip. Beautiful scenery, a great mix of adventure and relaxation, and wonderful guides. Highly recommend!
