Great way to see Berlin at night. Covered a lot of area within the two hours and our rider was very friendly.

Would give 0 stars if allowed but cannot. Thanks a lot for ruining our anniversary. Booked a romantic tour. Driver never showed up. I asked the hotel where the ride should have started, no one approached the hotel. Tried to contact via email WhatsApp, mobile and email. No response from provider. Rikshaw did not show up at the agreed time and we had to cancel our plans and needed to spend time somewhere else. Definitely will never use this service again. Will ask for a full refund.

It was a very nice very individual tour! With our young children we could not estimate exactly how long the ride “may take” but we could decide it during the tour so it ended up 2.5h. For us, the ideal way - to get to know almost all landmarks of Berlin without stress and with a lot of fun. Thank you for that!!
I booked this tour & scheduled a pick up from my hotel for 8 pm. The driver never showed up & I tried contacting them multiple times using the number provided in the booking details and they did not answer. I then contacted Viator customer service & the representative first tried to tell me I couldn’t get a refund because i’m canceling the ride the day of the tour (which was not the case, they never showed up as I stated prior). Then I contacted the bike tours company directly and the man who answered says he is in no way affiliated with the Viator app. Then the guy who’s number was provided in the booking who didn’t answer previously called us & said he’d send us a number for another driver. After a while it appeared to be some back door operations going between employees that work at the company using the viator app under the company’s name. Terrible experience. Disputed the charge with my bank because this is ridiculous!
