Very interesting tour about Jamaicas culture. Good alternative to get to know the city. I learned a lot.
It started off a bit off as our guide wasn’t there but Moesha took over and made it a great experience for us; she was jovial and involved even the kids. It was an enjoyable, educational experience despite the sun
We had wonderful tour guides, Melissa and Moesha. We learnt historical, cultural facts that were fascinating and they catered to the needs of our family very attentively.
Not to be missed. This tour of the art work and appreciation of the rich culture of Jamaica plus links to other countries captures the heart of the place. Stunning murals and really interesting commentary. Bring an umbrella for sun shade.
Great Tour! There are hundreds of beautiful murals and the tour guide Melissa was able to connect the images with local (and global) history, culture and food. Highly recommended for visiting part of Kingston less explored by turists.

Had the best time with Jasmine - I was the only one booked and had a wonderful time speaking with Jasmine about the tour but also her extensive knowledge of local art culture and life in Kingston. I learnt a lot about Jamaican culture too, Jasmine was very generous with sharing her knowledge. It was super hot and the tour provided both water and an umbrella which went a long way to make the tour comfortable. The organisation itself is a non profit arts organisation revitalising art in the neighbourhood and supporting local artists. Would highly recommend supporting them.

Wonderful tour. Melissa is an incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful tour guide, and we appreciated that Kingston Creative’s tours are led by practicing artists who can speak from experience and personal knowledge about the community. We learned so much about the history, music, and culture of Jamaica as well as about the artistic innovations and vibrant arts scene in Kingston today. We can’t wait to return for another tour!

The Kingston Creative Water Lane Mural tour is well worth the visit. The vibrant colours of the murals depict Jamaican legends and everyday people. The different collection of bands was good and the drumming was spectacular. Melissa was an excellent tour guide She had in-depth knowledge of the different murals and provided other cultural and historical information of the area.
