Avant de commencer votre aventure, vous recevrez un petit questionnaire en ligne afin que nous puissions concevoir un voyage alimentaire adapté à vos goûts, que vous ayez envie de takoyaki croustillant, de wagyu rare ou de sucreries traditionnelles d'un confiseur de rue tranquille. Commencez votre voyage dans ce marché couvert animé, amoureusement connu sous le nom de « cuisine d’Osaka ». Goûtez de juteuses coquilles Saint-Jacques grillées, croquettes salées et fruits de saison pendant que votre hôte partage des idées sur les ingrédients locaux et les coutumes culinaires.
Promenez-vous sous les néons et le long du canal de Dotonbori. Goûtez aux takoyaki (boules de poulpe) ou okonomiyaki (crêpes salées) emblématiques d'Osaka et découvrez comment ce quartier animé a façonné la scène gastronomique de la ville.

Five star experience! Our guide, Taiga, kindly met us at our hotel instead of the designated meeting place, and from there, we went on a tailored food tour based on our dietary preferences and the areas we were interested in seeing. Taiga was also thoroughly entertaining and very friendly. We learned that he is very well traveled, and we had an excellent time hanging out with him, learning about the places we visited, and experiencing delicious Osaka cuisine.

This was our best experience in Osaka with our brilliant guide, Mayura Kai. Very knowledge local, former chef and restaurant owner. Great English, friendly, well paced and delicious food everywhere we went. An excellent lunch and an incredible wander through the most expansive and best basement department food hall we have ever seen. Highly recommended.
