Gia our guide was absolutely fantastic. From the moment she picked us up from our respective hotels, Gia engaged each one in our small group with utmost respect, love and kindness. Gia would be spontaneously be witty about almost everything, and had the most uncanny way of explaining stuff, yet in a lucid manner. She had taken care in arranging at every stop during the tour with even the most subtle things, very precisely, seamlessly and co ordinating with all respective parties involved. It was the memorable tour ever and Gia hands down won the ideal tour guide that we've ever encountered. The trip was amazing with stops at various islands engaging with the flora and fauna including bees in hives, Pythons, domesticated animals, various vegetables, fruits and coconuts. The rowing boat experience was unique. The coconut factory manufacturing / producing various coconut products using Husk to its meat. The coconut sweets were outstanding and we ended buying a lot after sampling. On our way back we were hyper enlightened about the Buddhist faith by Gia and got the opportunity to visit a major Buddhist temple and premises that was nothing short of being highly educative and fascinating. Once again Thank you Gia for a wonderful day.
Not so crowded during our visit. Maybe more story about Mekong next time. But thank you for the trip and the food.
Our guide, Blanco, was amazing. The tour is “meh”. It was great to see the Mekong Delta, but we didn’t really do or see anything. The Sampan boat ride was nice, but touristy. Lunch was good. Again, nothing negative to say, glad we did it, but it was simply “fine”
Mingo was a great tour guide, very friendly and had great english. Rowing and coconut candies at the end were my favorite. Gives a good glimpse into the local culture.
An amazing tour, with visits to local places and a real look at how people live. The bicycle ride experience was fantastic. Our guide, Mr. Tom, was always very attentive and careful with every detail
Outstanding trip. Wonderfully led by our guide, Tuan. His personal experiences as a veteran made everything come to life and make much more sense. Thoroughly recommended.
We were picked up at our hotel. Although it was not listed we were able to arrange with Tour operators via email as we were in District 1 of HCMC. Transport very comfortable. Experience on Mekong Tour felt like seeing authentic Vietnam away from busy HCMC and beachfront. The guide spoke English well and explained the trip and Vietnamese life of the people of the area we visited as in his experience. Scenery was beautiful. We enjoyed the boat trip along the delta very much. There were also lots of opportunities to purchase locally crafted goods and foods. I will have to add, we speak Vietnamese so were able to communicate with locals and ask questions about the fruit trees, goods sold and their lives. Our kids (teens to early twenties) enjoyed the experience. For the other people on tour, the English speaking guide was on hand to help.
Phu was a great tour guide, he answered all my questions, and take care of me and my friend, and the driver are good too. Smooth ride.
Very detailed tour. Tour guide Duc was very knowledgeable and helpful to explain everything along the way
We had the pleasure of spending a day on the Mekong Delta with Bac. Bac is a very passionate and enthusiastic person and his positive energy as well as extensive knowledge made our day truly unforgettable. We appreciated very much that Bac tailored the tour to our needs and interests, showing us local and authentic places such as a family run noodle factory. We also were able to experience vietnamese cuisine and take part in a cooking class for our lunch. We highly recommend Bac and VIP tours for anyone looking for a personal and exceptional tour guide to discover Vietnam with.
