Stefan confidently and safely guided us through the city center on a hot day. The stops were all in the shade, and the information was very interesting. Stefan knows the city very well; his enthusiasm is contagious. We had enough time for photos. The ride was relaxed. In the end, there were many tips for locations and activities that we gladly accepted and implemented. Thank you very much, Stefan.
We booked a bike tour the very first day (3 June) to get to know the city as a family of 3. We have been lucky that Michael was our guide, warm welcome and top tour. We were a small group of 6 people on a fine Gazelle e-bike. Highly recommended!! All nice & impressive neighborhoods were visited and Michael knew how to tell about everything. After the tour you will immediately have landmarks of the city!
We enjoyed our tour so much! The e-bikes are high quality and comfortable. Michael was an excellent guide. He was engaging and fun and made sure we were safe. Highly recommended!
Super nice and cozy bike ride had with Michael. We were a small group and saw quite a lot of highlights of New York and he knew something interesting about everything. Also Michael shows a lot of interest and we had a nice morning. When we are back in New York we definitely book another bike ride with Holland Bikes.
I had a great time! Covered so many locations as we were riding bikes. I enjoyed riding over the bridges and stopping at various locations to hear the history. The bikes were super comfortable. Highly recommend!!
We chose the Manhattan-Brooklyn trip. In 2.5 hours you can see a lot of these districts; not only the famous must-sees, but also nice places that only the residents of the city know how to find. We had Herman as a guide and were only Dutch so everything went in Dutch. Lots of laughs. The bikes are in very good condition. You can also opt for an electric bike at an extra cost. This trip was highly recommended.
Fabulous tour. Our guide, Michael, was friendly and informative. The equipment was top-notch and the route was super. I would do the tour again and highly recommend for anyone, especially families.
Michael was a great tour guide . Friendly and accommodating . For some reason I ended up on the Dutch tour instead of English speaking . I double checked before booking . All the English sold out so joined the friendly Dutch natives . Some of the bikes not in the best working condition . One had a flat due to glass a- not the fault of the shop and the other had to be switched out due to some issues. Slowed us down . Had to wait to have them bring us new bikes . Otherwise all was well
Can’t recommend highly enough. Our group used a combo of regular bikes and e-bikes - all looked very new and were in good working order. The tour guide Carla was FANTASTIC - so knowledgable, and knew the best places to get good photos too. The tour was 2.5 hours long and we saw lots of the key sites in downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn, much quicker than you’d ever be able to do on foot. This was the highlight of my trip to New York.
A great way to see new york. Stefan was very knowledgeable on the history and it felt safe to cycle around the city over the two bridges
