Summarize this in a sentence to put on trip advisor An extraordinary experience. Excellent guides and amazing people, throughout the tour were watching our safety and food. They gave us some hearing aids during the tour and we learned the history of each place we passed. It is an experience you must live with your family or loved ones. You're not gonna regret it. The route is flat making it suitable for beginners.
One, if not the best, tour that I have experienced. The company is a combination of family/friends that have a passion for what they do
Good decision to book him. City Bike Tour with Riding Guate. We stayed in the city during the Easter break so this plan to exercise outdoors and enjoy our city in a different way was a nice entertainment option on these rest days. At all times I felt guided, accompanied and safe during the tour. The equipment rented is of quality and in good condition. The detail of having the pair air hearing aid listening to the data of the visited points gives it a special touch.
Lots of interesting places, tour to even not so well known sites. Very good informations given, Very good service. Excellent!
Very attentive. Excellent service. Very interesting tour.
Great and informative tour of all the highlights the city has to offer. The owners are wonderful people, very knowledgeable and professional. They take good care of you. Bikes and service is beyond expected. Forget the walking - go biking!
What a wonderful bike tour! From pick up to drop off this tour was the best 3 hours I could imagine spending in Guatemala City. I learned so much about the history while taking in beautiful scenery. My guides were so kind and made me feel safe throughout the entire experience. If you are in Guatemala City this tour is a must!!
I think you will come away from this tour more knowledgeable, and a little less intimidated by this big city. It’s apparent my guides have a love for the city they were born in. I felt lucky to have them share this with me along with history of the monuments along the parkway and bike lanes in Guatemala City. I was also lucky as I was the only rider that day, they didn’t cancel but took me on my own private tour! I was picked up promptly in the morning by my guides at my hotel. They took me to a local storage facility a short distance away where they keep their equipment. The bikes are very nice, in tiptop shape and I was provided with riding gloves, a helmet and earpiece so that they could narrate during the ride. One of the guides pulled a bike trailer so any of my personal items I didn’t want to carry could be pulled. I had one guide in front and one guide and back. I always felt safe, we stopped at many of the monuments, they answered all my questions. They kindly took pictures of me which they forwarded to me that afternoon. They provided water, Gatorade, light snacks, and fresh fruit. After over three hours, they took me back to my hotel. I was really glad that I took the opportunity to get on a bike in Guatemala City. The traffic can seem a bit intimidating so it’s nice to have two people who are so familiar with the route. I got to see a lot of of the historical sites/monuments and I feel more at ease in this big bustling city. The whole route is flat! Take the ride 🚴
Really a great experience. It wasn’t our first city tour, but one of the coolest and super well done. Both guides spoke good English and were really nice. We visited several neighborhoods and travelled 20 km, it didn’t even appear 😁
Great introduction to city and history. However the bike paths cross city traffic virtually every block so you need to be a pretty intrepid biker to dodge cars, scooters and pedestrians. Good guides, well-organized and even provided food for pigeons in the plaza.
