I’d highly recommend booking your tour with Gozo Pride Tours. The tour was interesting & Gozo is stunning. Very different to Malta, think nature, architecture, sea & culture. The tour was a combination of boat & jeep. The highlight of the tour was our driver & tour rep Benny. Benny is simply the best. He was engaging with all the guests, full of knowledge about Gozo, a very conscientious & safe driver. Always checking in on us & making sure we were comfortable. His sense of humour & overall character made the tour epic. He was training another driver Paul, who was just as warm & friendly. It was his first or second day, but you couldn’t tell as Paul was super professional. The best duo, Benny & Paul.
Absolute recommendation - fantastic UTV tour with Ben! We did the all-day UTV tour in Gozo and were absolutely thrilled. Our tour guide Ben was simply great! He conducted the tour with incredible dedication, friendliness, and expertise, explaining everything very clearly – even in several languages, including English, French, and German. Ben addressed all questions, took his time, and made us feel like we were really learning something about Gozo and not just being driven from spot to spot. We saw an incredible number of beautiful places, discovered great viewpoints, and got a fantastic impression of the island. The tour was super organized, varied, and absolutely worthwhile. Especially Ben made the day a real highlight. You can immediately tell that he does his job with passion. We can highly recommend this tour – for us, it was one of the most beautiful experiences in Malta/Gozo. Many thanks to Ben for this unforgettable day!
We were picked up from our hotel on time and headed to the ferry and was picked up by our driver in Gozo. Our driver Joseph.Z was amazing nothing was any trouble. Extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. We had time to take in the views and then some food alos lots of photos would definitely book again.
The tour was lightened up by our guide Geoffrey who was most entertaining and knowledgeable. The weather was poor but it did not detract from a most enjoyable day.
We had a wonderful day with our guide Florence. The only glitch was boarding the boat to Gozo and return. This process was rather haphazard.
Well organised from start to finish. The UTV experience was enjoyable and safe whilst providing a different experience. Jeff our guide for the day was "top shelf" in both his knowledge and expertise in getting around Gozo.
The day started off with rain, which made everyone a bit miserable but of course that’s out of anyone’s control. Once we arrived at the port in Gozo, we were introduced to our driver for the day, Pauline. After introductions, we were told that she had been assigned three groups of two people. At that point, both drivers explained that one group would need to split up, as the UTV only accommodates five passengers, and the other driver had space for just one extra person. This meant our group, who had booked together, would be separated into two different UTVs, which was disappointing as we expected to stay together throughout the tour. Once that was sorted, we set off for the day. The tour itself is enjoyable, but there are definitely areas for improvement. Some stops were great and worth the visit, while others felt unnecessary or too rushed. In several cases, there wasn’t enough time to properly enjoy the location, while others could have easily been skipped. A tip for future visitors: if your budget allows, consider booking a private tour. It gives you more flexibility to focus on the places you’re most interested in. It’s also helpful to have an idea of where you’d like to go and discuss this with your driver at the start. This was my second time doing the tour, previously by jeep and this time by UTV, and I would say this experience was better overall. Despite some issues, it’s still an enjoyable way to explore the area.
It was an absolute amazing experience! Our guide Geoff (with a G) was fantastic and knew so much about the island and Malta. We learned so much from him! He was so flexible about what we as a group wished to do and was such a lovely person to talk to. He made sure we got to see all of what Gozo had to offer. Would highly recommend this tour (despite Malta's laid back road rules), we felt so safe and looked after the entire time. Thank you Geoff!!
Michelle abella and I see Malta was phenomenal in booking our utv tour with round trip transportation and lunch. The lunch was an actual lunch with wine and water. The tour also included a stop where we went to a tasting. Our guide Kiko was the absolute best! He was comical, well informed, and gave a real personal touch to our tour. Kiko is the absolute best. The stops were absolutely beautiful! The city itself while small, holds so much history. Michelle assisted us with this tour, along with other excursions. Michelle was very knowledgeable and always had a great attitude. She went above and beyond to assist us with a missed pick up by the hop on hop off. She ensured we were able to catch it another nearby place and took the time to highlight the places and stops to ensure we could see everything in 1 day. Michelle is the best as well.
The most horrible and stressful experience I've had in my life, the way to Gozo should be by ferry as sea was very rough, but No, they made us with 4 y.o. child to go on a small boat same as refugees coming on boats to England, the only different is that refugees have a life jackets, but we Didn't!! No life jackets been given!!! The boat was jumping like mad with huge waves around us, my children screaming, crying, we're all shaking and saying goodbye to each other and praying.. 😱 The moment it's finally arrived to Gozo I wasn't able to enjoy anything, i was in condition ready for hospital. So, the entire day was badly ruined, as we couldn't get back to our normal selves after such a horrible experience.. And the price for this horror was nearly same as return airplane tickets to Malta! Shocking! Stressful! Incredibly disappointed and badly hurt. Please don't take this tour if you are not up to an extreme experience.. it's not just a waste of money, it's a huge damage to your health and nerves, and in my case probably to my marriage as me and my husband never had such argument in our 14 years marriage life as we did after that tour. Horrible!!!!!
