La visite commence à 22 heures et, sur un kilomètre, vous visiterez certains des lieux les plus hantés et emblématiques de la ville. De l'étrange maison Rosson au effrayant hôtel San Carlos, en passant par la première église baptiste abandonnée, chaque lieu recèle sa propre histoire terrifiante. Bien que nous ne puissions pas entrer dans des bâtiments privés, soyez assuré que vous vous retrouverez sur un terrain hanté tout au long de la visite. Cet hôtel historique a été construit en 1928 et a été l'un des premiers bâtiments de l'Arizona à disposer de la climatisation. Remontez le temps pendant que votre guide vous raconte les nombreuses tragédies qui se déroulent sur ces lieux, tragédies qui, à leur tour, ont rendu l'hôtel assez hanté.
Bien que cette beauté Art déco soit désormais le Hilton Garden Inn, il était à l'origine connu sous le nom de Professional Building. Comme il servait autrefois d'établissement médical, plusieurs fantômes habitent encore le bâtiment aujourd'hui.
Initialement connu sous le nom d'Adams Hotel et construit en 1896, ce bâtiment historique est connu pour avoir son lot de résidents fantomatiques. Les visiteurs de l’hôtel ont signalé des grattages sur les murs et d’autres sons étranges – et certains ont même vu des figures fantomatiques. Apprenez de votre guide qui était cet homme.
Construit en 1947, le bâtiment historique du grand magasin Hanny’s était autrefois surnommé « le plus bâtiment moderne dans le Sud-Ouest. Depuis son exploitation comme grand magasin, ce bâtiment a eu plusieurs fonctions différentes au fil des années et est aujourd'hui un restaurant populaire. La première église baptiste abandonnée ici à Phoenix existe depuis 1904 et a depuis été le théâtre de nombreuses tragédies, notamment d'un horrible incendie survenu dans les années 1980. Our guide didn't show up but the rosson house is lovely from the outside. It would have been a great spooky night for the tour

Lucas was a great tour guide and story teller...with amazing pictures..and we had 4 friends and boys 14 and 11 along who really enjoyed it too. Downtown Phoenix is so cleaned up it felt safe, and amazing to tune into the Phoenix of yesterday year. Lots of fun, we brought a Spirit Box that talked to us through the trip, and had some very interesting pictures of our own. Lucas took his time and paced the adventure with his group. Highly recommend!

There was a lot of time you could hear the guide. He was talking but his microphone was pointing away from the crowd. Missing some of the details which are important. We did the extend tour and those last two stops were the best!
