This is the ideal way to discover Vienna. The red row is long, but you really see almost everything. The blue tour goes to the palaces and is shorter. The audio explanation is good. Staff member Stella helped us tremendously with ordering our tickets in combination with the City Card. Nice enthusiastic lady, gave a lot of explanation.

The bus stops were clearly marked with banners and a cart and personnel was available to help as needed. We were on a cruise and there was a stop at the cruise terminal which was very convenient for us! We rode both the blue and red lines and got a nice narrated overview of this beautiful city.

Wish I’d known that shops are closed on Sundays. Felt wasteful but on a weekday it would be worthy. Not much else to say.

Told at ship dock we could get same rate as on web from driver, but driver made us pay full rate. We approached kiosk at stop 1 to advise our displeasure, a customer was bargaining For special price for 3 passengers he got discount. Seems not consistent, kiosk man offered apology but was bitter sweet.....said we were miss informed by a NEW staff member, when we had just heard a discount was given to someone else. Bare in mind you have a choice to go with other operator hop on hop off.
