Visite semi-privée du Palais des Doges - Groupe de Max 6 Personnes

Description

Sabrina was an exceptional guide. We learned so much about Venice’s history and Doge’s palace. She also explained the meaning behind many pieces of artwork. This was a 5:30pm tour and I have no regrets. Less crowded, cooler and easy to hear. Fantastic tour!!
Shannon was informative and personal in her style. I highly recommend this tour. It was such a beautiful building and hearing about it from an expert guide made it so much better than simply walking through it ourselves. It was a good pace with lots of time to look and learn about Venice and her history, power, and republic ideals. The fee was very reasonable and we really liked the small group experience later in the day when it was not very busy. In closing, Shannon is extremely excellent at her job. My only regret is not providing her with a tip.
Tullia was fantastic. Patient, polite, and professional.
Tullia was a fantastic guide. She provided great historical information and detailed explanation of the religious symbolism in the art world n both the Basilica and the Doge Palace.
Nico was great! He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of anecdotes in a fun and entertaining way. You can tell he loves his job and his city!
Romy was a terrific tour guide for this brief view of Doge’s Palace. She has so much knowledge and information to share that we only skimmed the surface. We would love to take any tour with her. The guards unfortunately were pressuring her to move along even though the pace was rapid. We highly recommend!
We had a truly memorable experience on LivTours’ Early Evening Doge’s Palace Tour, made even more special by our incredible guide, Romy. She was exceptional—knowledgeable, passionate, and an excellent communicator who brought Venetian art, culture, and history to life in a way that was both educational and engaging. Romy gave us rich context that helped us understand the broader significance of the Doge’s Palace within the Venetian Empire. Her explanations deepened our appreciation for the artwork, architecture, and political legacy of the space. We also appreciated the individualized attention she gave to each guest, creating an intimate and personalized experience. The early evening timing was perfect—not only was the palace far less crowded, but the quieter atmosphere allowed us to truly absorb the details and ambiance of this stunning historical site. It felt like we had the palace to ourselves at times, which made the experience all the more special. We left with a much deeper understanding of Venice and its powerful past. Highly recommended—especially with Romy as your guide!
We loved this tour! Romy was amazing—SO knowledgeable, informative, clear, warm, welcoming, and born and raised in Venice! We learned so much about Venetian history, art, and culture through the Doge palace tour. I highly recommend this tour! The evening granted us beautiful skies, views, lighting, and less crowded I hear. If we had more time we would also do the Basilica tour, next time!
Brankica took our group of 4 on a tour through the Doge Palace. She shared many interesting facts about the government of Venice 700 years ago and pointed out interesting paintings, statues and carvings. Would highly recommend this tour to avoid excessive crowds and learn about the interesting history of Venice.
Nico was a fantastic tour guide! So knowledgeable and thoughtful. We learned so much from him! I definitely recommend him and LivTours!
