Nous allons Island Hopping dans notre POWER CAT 30FT LONG sur le chemin nous arrêtons dans l'île (icacos ou palomino) en fonction de la météo aussi vous pouvez faire de la plongée et profiter des plages. Différents spots à choisir, ils changent tous en fonction de la météo pour le jour du voyage. Aussi nous vous emmenons à la plage où vous avez des zones de baignade qui sont généralement autour de 3 - 5 pieds de profondeur eau claire turquois. Nous avons des ceintures de flottaison et un tapis de flottaison à bord que vous pouvez également utiliser pour votre marchandise. Nous incluons les bières sodas à l'eau et les boissons au rhum dans nos Voyages pour la nourriture, vous pouvez apporter tout ce que vous préférez, nous incluons les fruits et frites sandwich Deli . Pour notre transport, nous avons besoin que vous réserviez quelques jours avant notre voyage afin que nous puissions vous aider et tout organiser à temps. I want to start by saying that Captain Jorge was great and very welcoming. My issue is primarily with the company and the way the trip was advertised. The excursion was advertised as lasting from 9 AM–2 PM, with a 5–6 hour duration. Unfortunately, our trip was cut significantly short, and I was already in my car leaving the marina at 12:50 PM, which was extremely disappointing. I spoke with the company afterward, and they did acknowledge that there had been a miscommunication on their end and told me they had contacted TripAdvisor to correct the information. Because of this, I requested a partial refund—not a full refund—because I understand that we did receive part of the service, and I never want to take away from a company unfairly. They did not agree to this and found my issue with them unreasonable even after taking responsibility, apologizing and acknowledging the information was incorrect on the booking on their end. However, I do feel very misled because the experience was nowhere near what I expected based on the description. One of my biggest disappointments was that we were supposed to visit both Palomino and Icacos, but we were only taken to Palomino Island and were not able to visit Icacos at all. The weather seemed pretty perfect to me, so I was especially confused when we weren’t going to Icacos. We were not really given an explanation beforehand, and we were caught off guard when we were brought back to the dock much earlier than expected. The reason we were given for returning early was that there was another booking scheduled for 2 PM, which was supposed to be the end time of our trip. I was under the impression that we would still have the full time allotted until 2 PM. Another disappointment was the alcohol situation. I cancelled my prior booking with another company because this company advertised many amenities, including rum packages and drinks. Unfortunately, the liquor bottle on our boat was almost completely empty and only had enough for maybe two drinks. Within about 15 minutes of the trip, we had essentially run out, while we could see other boats around us making drinks which made us feel disappointed. There was only medallas on board for alcohol. The description also advertised piña coladas, but there were none on our boat to be found or offered. If i knew any of this would’ve occurred I would’ve stayed with the prior company I booked for cheaper and probably a better experience. The snacks, however, were appreciated. We were offered sandwiches and a bowl of fruit, which was a nice touch. Palomino Island itself was beautiful, and again, Captain Jorge was great. My issue isn’t with him personally—it is with the overall experience and the company’s communication. When you book an excursion expecting to visit both islands, have drinks and piña coladas as advertised, and spend approximately 5–6 hours on the trip, only to visit one island and return to the marina several hours early, it is understandably very disappointing. For $1,000, I expect what was promised, and it’s sad that this wasn’t the reality. I’m hoping the company can do better in the future, because I did cancel another booking specifically to choose this one based on the advertised amenities and experience. I’m also from Puerto Rico, and it’s especially disappointing to experience this here, because I want to support local businesses and have a good experience when visiting Puerto Rico. I honestly feel that the advertising should be much clearer and that customers should be informed beforehand if they will not be able to visit both islands while docking the boat and not when returned to the marina. I was really looking forward to this excursion, and unfortunately, it fell far short of what was advertised and what I paid for. I’m still resolving this issue with trip advisor and hope the company or trip advisor can make this right. However i’d book with another company. Ive never wrote a bad review EVER, but what happened with this company was unacceptable, I don’t understand how this company has 5 star reviews to be quite honest.

However, we would like to clarify several important points because some of the information in this review does not accurately reflect the booking or what occurred during the excursion. First, regarding the duration: the screenshot included with your complaint actually shows “Duration: 4h.” Our company operates two excursions per day, one from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and another from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Therefore, the expectation of a 5–6 hour excursion is not consistent with the booking information shown in the screenshot you provided yourself. Your group returned to the marina at approximately 12:50 PM, which was within the scheduled 9:00 AM–1:00 PM excursion time. We also arranged golf-cart transportation to assist you in getting back toward your vehicle, so you did not have to walk back from the marina. Regarding Icacos: we understand that you were disappointed not to visit Icacos. The tour title references both Icacos and Palomino because those are the destinations included in the excursion itinerary. However, the actual itinerary can be affected by weather and marine conditions, and the captain has the final responsibility for determining whether a location is safe to visit. On that particular day, the conditions around Icacos were not considered ideal. Captain Jorge communicated this and, rather than simply returning to the marina, provided an alternative experience by taking the group to swim with turtles during the time that would have been spent at Icacos. This decision was made with the safety and enjoyment of the passengers in mind. Regarding the drinks: we also want to clarify that alcohol was provided onboard. As the owner, I personally made sure alcohol was placed on the boat before your trip. Medalla beers were also available. We are sorry if the quantity or selection did not meet your expectations, but it is not accurate to say that alcohol was not provided. We also provided sandwiches and fruit, which you acknowledged positively in your review. Another point worth clarifying is that prior to the excursion, you contacted us about adding an additional passenger. We explained that our vessel has a maximum capacity of six passengers in accordance with our Coast Guard requirements. Unfortunately, these regulations cannot be exceeded, regardless of the circumstances, because passenger safety must always come first. We are also disappointed by the characterization that you were brought back “several hours early.” The documentation provided with your complaint clearly states a 4-hour duration, and the group returned at approximately 12:50 PM, just minutes before the scheduled 1:00 PM end time. We understand that you may have had different expectations, and we respect your right to share your opinion. At the same time, we believe it is important that potential customers reading this review have the complete picture, particularly when the booking documentation itself confirms the 4-hour duration. We are a local Puerto Rico business, and we genuinely appreciate every customer who chooses to spend their time and money with us. Our priority is providing a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience while complying with Coast Guard regulations and making responsible decisions regarding weather and sea conditions. We are sorry that the excursion did not meet your personal expectations. However, we stand by our captain’s decision regarding Icacos, the scheduled 4-hour duration, the alternative turtle-swimming experience, and the transportation assistance provided at the marina. Palomino island was a standout spot because it was much calmer and clearer than Icacos. Captain Angel is a good communicator and very accommodating.
Angel was the exact kind of person we wanted to guide our trip. A family man at heart and just an amazing person. He gave my family an amazing experience. He took us where we wanted and let us enjoy the day as we wanted. His boat was super clean and never felt crammed. Food/ drinks were good and simple. One last thing to put everyone at ease. If there is any weather issues, rest assured he is not going to waste your time or put your safety at risk. He will easily refund you. Other companies will drag you to the dock waste your day and then tell you no. We would definitely book with Angel again.

Jorge was the absolute best tour guide! He took us to Isla Palominos to check out the turtles, and then out to Cayo Icacos for some snorkeling and beach time. As an extra surprise, Jorge even managed to lure a dolphin over for us to see up close! We had an absolute blast and highly recommend booking this excursion."
If you’re thinking about booking a private boat charter in Fajardo, do it! Angel was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire experience effortless and fun. The boat was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The scenery was breathtaking, and Angel knew all the best spots. He took us to a cool snorkeling location where we saw all kinds of colorful reef fish. This was easily one of the highlights of our Puerto Rico vacation. We can’t recommend him enough and would book again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend the private tour. Angel and Jorge took care of absolutely everything. It was nice to just sit back and enjoy the family time. We will definitely do this again when we come back!

Went with this experience as we were going for my best friend's bach and we wanted a private group vs. the 40+ people one that they generally advertise. Angel took good care of us 5 girls and guided us to areas with better view, kept us well fed/drunk, etc. We went early at 9AM and I'm glad we did because even though it was technically "off season" the island got pretty busy later in the day as more boats arrived for similar excursions. We had the views & waters to ourselves for the first 30min ish which worked great for pictures that my bride wanted to get. I docked 1 star just because compared to some of the other service we got from our other experiences, we felt this one was good but not above & beyond "great".

Jorge was an excellent captain and took great care of us. Got to see a few sea turtles and lots of fish, even though the weather was not ideal. Snacks and drinks were nice after swimming and snorkeling.
