Lors de cette visite privée, vous découvrirez la magnifique campagne de Catalogne lors d'une visite viticole captivante où nous vous emmènerons à travers les vignobles de Penedes, une région largement reconnue pour abriter les viticulteurs espagnols les plus modernes et les plus innovants. Nous explorerons trois des plus importantes caves familiales du pays et découvrirons le processus complexe de fabrication du vin et du cava (champagne catalan). Dans chaque cave, un expert en vin expliquera leurs processus uniques et nous expliquera comment reconnaître leurs différentes variétés et nous aurons le privilège de déguster des vins et des cavas dans chacune. En plus des caves, nous nous arrêterons à l'heure du déjeuner pour prendre un repas de trois plats dans un restaurant local. Commencez votre journée par une prise en charge à votre hôtel ou appartement à Barcelone et partez dans un véhicule confortable pour la région du Penedes, à moins d'une heure de Barcelone. Longtemps considérée comme l'une des meilleures régions viticoles du pays, elle est aussi l'une des plus anciennes régions viticoles d'Europe. La région du Penedes produit du vin depuis l'époque romaine et vend aujourd'hui plus d'une centaine de caves dans plus de 380 millions de bouteilles. Tout d'abord, vous vous rendez dans un domaine viticole avec des vins de signature sur une propriété de 40 hectares en agriculture biologique où vous pourrez ressentir l'influence de l'essence de la Méditerranée. En fait, c'était une mutatio (aire de repos) à l'époque romaine, faisant partie de la Via Augusta. Depuis le début des années 1300 jusqu'à aujourd'hui, il est entre les mains de la même famille.
Continuez la visite et visitez le premier domaine viticole du Penedes qui produisait du vin écologique pour le marché danois. Depuis le début des années 1900, la même famille dirige l'entreprise, utilisant 100 pour cent de leurs champs pour une production écologique en utilisant 15 variétés de raisins différentes.
Faites une pause et rendez-vous dans un restaurant local pour un merveilleux repas à trois plats. Profitez de la gastronomie exclusive de la région.
Enfin, visitez un domaine viticole connu pour ses produits de haute qualité. Cette cave, bénéficiant d'une agriculture écologique avec de belles vues sur la montagne de Montserrat, possède certaines des plus anciennes vignes des environs. La visite se termine ici, puis reprenez votre transport de retour à votre hôtel ou appartement à Barcelone où la visite a commencé

This private tour was a unique opportunity to explore the beautiful wine region outside of Barcelona while traveling in comfort and conversing effortlessly with our wonderful guide Miguel. Miguel went out of his way to make this experience memorable for us. He was engaging, knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. Miguel’s passion for Catalan culture added to the enjoyment of the tour. He took every opportunity to customize the trip to our specific needs and interests. As a bonus, he has a photographers eye and often asked if he could take a photo of us with spectacular scenery as a backdrop, leaving us with nice mementos of the day. We learned much about the process and challenges of creating fine organic wine from the three wineries we visited. It was a wonderful day and we highly recommend this tour and tour company!

Very impressed with this tour. Our tour guide was Feliciano and from the second we met up with him he was absolutely phenomenal. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the city of Barcelona and the wines all over the region. He gave us a lot of useful information about the area and places to have some good food and drinks. Feliciano was even so sweet he offered to take multiple photos of us for our memory. We ended up taking home 8 bottles of wine and local olive oil and honey. We went to three beautiful wineries out in the Penedes region and we were blown away by the beauty of it all. Our lunch was delicious and my boyfriend who is a picky eater loved it. They gave us plenty of options to choose from for lunch. I would highly recommend this tour because you will not be disappointed.
