Description

Thank you!
We had an incredible tour with Vesna this morning in Dubrovnik. She was the most knowledgeable guide we’ve ever had the pleasure Of experiencing! Her English was exceptional as was her memory for world and local history. Dubrovnik is Vesna’s hometown and her cultural understanding is unequaled. We had requested that she include Jewish history, and this is where she rose head and shoulders above the rest. We highly recommend Vesna as a tour guide. She is dedicated to learning her craft and you will not be sorry you hired her. We weren’t!
You made me blush! Thank you! It was my pleasure to take you on this tour, and I enjoyed every moment of it.
Vesna is an amazing tour guide. She's thorough, knowledgable and patient. She answered all our questions about Dubrovnik's Jewish history and Dubrovnik's history in general. Vesna grew up in Dubrvnik and lives in the old city and has so much first hand insight. From the moment we met up with her, we knew we were in good hands and would be in for an interesting tour. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the fascinating role and the special place of Jews in Dubrovnik from the 12th to the 20th century.
I am grateful to you. It was a great experience to have clients like you.
Vesna was amazing as our guide. She was filled with so much knowledge that my husband and I didn’t know how she remembered all of it. We highly recommend this tour.
Thank you for this flattering review! It was my pleasure to take you on the tour.
Vesna was a wonderful guide…..she shared so much about the history of Dubrovnik as well as the Jewish history. She was easy to understand, answered all of our questions and did not rush us…..in fact, our tour extended overtime! Highly recommend a tour with Vesna to enrich your visit to Dubrovnik!
Thank you! It was my pleasure to take you on the tour, and I appreciated your interest.
We had a group of 6 so decided on a 3 hour private walking tour of Dubrovnik Old Town. We used WithLocals and Marko was our guide. The commentary covered history from a Croatian perspective (which of course contrasts with what we heard when we went to Bosnian on a day trip later in the trip). The tour was very good. It does not include walking the walls of the city. Since Dubrovnik gets many cruise ships during the season, I would recommend a tour early afternoon and then you can walk the walls (1 to 1.5 hours) when many of the cruise ships have returned to their ships.
Vesna was very knowledgeable about the history of the Jewish people in Dubrovnik. She conveyed the information clearly and fluently. I highly recommend this tour guide to anyone interested in the Jewish history of Dubrovnik.
Thank you! I am glad you enjoyed the tour.
