I booked a customized private tour of Guadalajara two weeks in advance. The tour guide sent me a message the evening before our tour and cancelled. The short notice did not give me any time to rebook or plan an alternate tour. And I have not been refunded my fees. There was no apology for the cancellation from Tripadvisor and apparently no refund either. Disappointed to have missed an opportunity to see a wonderful city.
Lourdes was a wonderful host giving me tips on safety and she brought the history of the city to life , very friendly and excellent experience I really appreciate and enjoyed the trip!!

We had the most magical day walking the city with Laura from Lokafy! She was a gracious host, knowledgeable, fun and open to our whims as we saw different things as we were walking that looked interesting. She had a basic itinerary for us based on prior communication after we had booked the tour and she hit all the highlights that we wanted plus some! She was passionate about her city and showed us things we would never have found on our own! I highly recommend her if you would like to see the city with a friendly local!
