This was a highly customized tour for my family. We love history and boy did we get it. We were transported from our hotel to each stop and our guide made sure that we understood the history of each stop. We ended with a great understanding of the history of the fantastic city.
Perfect way to see Prague castle district on a cold and rainy day. Peter kept the car warm for us. Hana made sure we were up close to everything she wanted us to see.
Barbara and Peter were absolutely lovely people. Barbara has been guiding for over 28 years in Prague, and it shows. Don’t pass up this tour!
Wonderful tour! Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable!! Would highly recommend this tour
Guide and driver were great. Were prompt and very knowledgeable. The driver even joined in and gave his insights of many things. Time and money well spent.
Hannah and Peter were great. They provided us with great information and made sure we got to see all that was possible in and around Prague Castle. It was the perfect introduction to Prague.
Hi Karen_F, Thank you so much for your kind words! Forwarding them also to Hannah and Peter. Glad you enjoyed the tour! Kind regards Vit
Our tour guide Miriam was very knowledgeable and she explained to us very well each place we went to. It was short but well explained and the whole tour was a very nice experience. Thank you to Miriam and the driver.
Dear Elizabeth, We are very happy to hear you've had a pleasant experience with us. We have forwarded your kind words to Miriam and Petr as well. Kind regards Vit
Peter was a wonderful driver and Blanca kept us entertained with interesting facts and stories about everything we saw, especially in St. Vitus Cathedral and the castle area. She answered all our questions and recommended a very good restaurant for lunch, after giving us directions to the shops we wanted to visit after the tour. The car was very comfortable. One of our party used a transport chair, and Peter took him to a cafe for a pleasant break while the rest of us toured inaccessible areas on foot. I would highly recommend this tour!
Dear Patricia, Thank you very much for the wonderful review. I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed the tour! We have also passed your kind words to Blanka and Petr, they say Hi! :-)
Pavel was a very knowledgeable guide who aimed to please us in every way. Having a car to pick us up at the Hotel and drive us close to the attractions was quite beneficial, especially going up and down the hill to Prague Castle.
Dear MHlefty, Thank you very much! The whole Old Town and the castle area are inscribed in UNESCO, therefore some areas are difficult to access by car. Our guides always coordinate with the drivers and try to balance walking and driving well. We are happy that you appreciated it. Forwarding your kind words to Pavel.
Our family had the pleasure of using Continental Travel during our stay in Prague to tour the city and see specific sites. From the beginning, communication with Vit was always very smooth and professional, and booking with them was a very pleasant experience. Our guide was very engaging and extremely knowledgable of the city and we all felt that we learned a lot about the city and about the specific events that happened in the city. We had several young kids with us and they too, were intrigued by her stories and explanations, and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our group had requested two separate tours, and on one of the tours, although requested in advance, there was a mishap of not being able to go on a private tour of the Strahov library. That was a little disappointing, but the tour itself was still very good and highly recommended. Vit was kind enough to reimburse us for the mishap, and we truly appreciated his integrity. We very much enjoyed their tours and we look forward to booking with them again the next time we visit Prague!
Dear R C, Thank you for your kind words! I have forwarded them to Miriam and Tatsuya, the guides. They will be very happy to hear from you. Sorry about the mishap with the private tour of the Strahov monastery, I am relieved that the members of the group in questions kindly accepted the compensation in the form of the free non-private tour of Strahov and still enjoyed the city tour. We hope to see you again!
