It was a very good tour. Important historic context. However, it was INSANELY crowded and very challenging to get a deeper dive into specific areas as we were physically being routed due to the crowds.
Hi Dawn, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We are glad you enjoyed the historical context provided by our guide; the Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Temple are indeed the crown jewels of Thai history. We completely understand your frustration regarding the crowds. As Thailand's most visited landmark, the palace can feel 'insanely crowded,' especially during peak hours. To ensure the safety and movement of all guests, the palace authorities do implement specific routing, which can sometimes make it challenging to linger in certain areas for a 'deeper dive.' Our guides always do their best to find quieter pockets of information amidst the hustle, and we appreciate your patience in navigating these challenges. We hope the beauty and majesty of the site left a lasting impression despite the busy atmosphere! Safe travels, Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)

Beautiful temples & interesting history. Our tour guide was difficult to understand & repeated himself a lot. Would have been a better tour with a more dynamic & energetic tour guide.

Really enjoyable tour. She was very informative and she spoke great English, super respectful. She got us there and back fabulously and chatted away to us on transport. It was very very busy and she walked very fast so we kept on losing her though!!

Wonderful trip, really interesting to find out about the history from our guide Nicky, he was very knowledgeable and took great care of us all even though the area was crowded. He took great care &made sure we got back to the hotel and even gave us some restaurant tips. Would definitely use I Asia Thailand again.

This tour was amazing. Privately picked up from accomodation was easy and our tour guide spoke English very well. She told us straight up if we needed to fix something on our clothing in order to get into the Grand Palace which I appreciated so we knew we would be okay once we got there. She was knowledgeable and pointed out different things on our drive in as well as during the Grand Palace & temple tour. She knew all the best photo options and happily took many many photos of the two of us together. Also bought us multiple bottles of water because our tourist bodies could barely handle the heat! When we were leaving we mentioned we would like to do some shopping so she happily pointed out the best place to go and dropped us off there instead of the hotel, with clear instructions and a map on how to get back to the hotel cheaply. Overall was a wonderful experience!
