Everything about our tour was wonderful, starting with our guide. Segovia is great and I would recommend this tour to anyone.
Segovia was beautiful, historical and interesting. Loved the castle and the climb up the tower. Bot the best part was Theresa our guide. She’s a bona fide historian, she really made the rich history of the city come alive.
Dear Martin, we are very glad to hear these words from Theresa. We hope see you soon again. Thank you very much.
Even though our train arrival in Segovia was delayed, our guide was waiting for us and ready to go. A local lady and very well informed about the history and culture of the areas we toured. Very good tour!
Thank you to share your experiance with us, very proud of making guest been happy. Hope to have you again with us. All the best.
Corel is a beautiful spirit! She is friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable! I felt comfortable with her the entire time, and would definitely request her accompaniment for another tour! First class!
Thank you very much for your lovely review. We are more than happy that you enjoyed your visit so much. We hope to meet you soon!
We took the high speed comfortable train out of Chamartin station in Madrid, which is a fair distance from the city center, and arrived at the small station about ten minutes outside of Segovia, and were met by our guide Elena, who spoke excellent English, and drove us to the beginning of our tour at the Alcazar. Elena was a spectacular guide, knowledgeable without being pedantic, and passionate about explaining the history and culture of Segovia. The five hours passed so quickly but we never felt rushed - I especially enjoyed the steep climb up the Alcazar. As other reviewers have said, you must be prepared to walk. Comfortable shoes are essential.
Dear Frederick, We are very happy to know that you spent a fantactic day in Segovia with our guide Elena. We will give her the feedback on this tour. We hope you enjoy the rest of your stay and remember that we remain at your disposal in case you need it. Thanks a lot!
Our guide was Elena - she was perfect. Good English and very knowledgeable about Segovia and its history. She made the tour perfect! This is a walking tour so be prepared to walk. Remember the streets are cobblestone, comfortable shoes are a necessity. I estimate we walked four hours thus this is not a tour for those w/ ambulatory problems. In addition there are stairs and hills. Just be prepared. But there is so much history in Segovia - it's a must see visit.
Thank you very much for your comment, Elena knows your opinion about the tour. We hope you come back soon and can visit with us more museums and cities around Madrid. Thank you very much. Best regards.

Must do if you have a few days in Madrid. Gorgeous town, loved the aqueduct and the Cathedral. The Alcazar was being worked on so it was partially covered in scaffolding, but the interiors were well worth the visit. Our tour guide was great and we had no one else in our group. We went in March and it was considerable cooler than in Madrid. Not very crowded with tourists highly recommend it.

this tour states ALL DAY TOUR-8 hours and i did not get that and paid 508 euros for a round trip train ticket...was picked up at 10 and and the tour guide left at 1pm. then had lunch but the town SHUTS down from 2-5 and we had a 6pm already purchased train ticket. we have been debating weather saying anything now that we are home, but i will not recommend your website and defiantly not this tour to Segovia b/c this is not what the itinerary stated. that money was hoped to be spent on a day trip and not just 3 hours...plus the train time. not sure what you can do to credit us back funds as i kinda feel like i was robbed. the tour guide was pleasant and knowable and we got to see the cathedral and castle at extra charges, not mentioned but i am so disappointed it almost makes me angry to feel lied to as well on the description. i can not recommend you to friends going to Spain.
