Not only were we able to visit the main attractions in Johor Bahru in a short time, but we also received a wonderful explanation of Malaysian culture from the guide, making it a very fulfilling tour. It was a comfortable trip with very little stress regarding transportation choices or immigration and customs procedures.
Thank you so much Yuki.
We had a fantastic day tour with Andy to Malaysia! He is kind, professional and communicates very well. He took us to a lovely breakfast location followed by a series of unforgettable sites in his comfortable, air conditioned van. He also takes great photos and made some delicious food recommendations for lunch. Andy is very knowledgeable and is the best tour guide we have ever had. We highly recommend this tour for a day trip from Singapore!
Thank you so much Vanessa. Take care🙏
We had a wonderful day trip to Johor Bahru and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our guide, Andy, was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the tour. He shared interesting insights about the local culture, history, and attractions, making the trip both enjoyable and informative. Andy was also very flexible and attentive to our needs, ensuring that we were comfortable and able to make the most of our time in Johor Bahru. His professionalism and warm personality made the experience seamless and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-organized and personalized day trip from Singapore. Thank you, Andy, for a memorable experience!
Thank you so much Bruce. All the best to you and Debra.
Andy was a great guide for our swift trip through Johor Baru. He met us on time during the hand off from Singapore, and took us off for a very full day of exploring this new and interesting land. From visiting the Royal Palace, to Muslim places of worship, local restaurants, and an absolutely sublime Buddhist temple, we really couldn’t have packed in more during our day in Malaysia. If you’re in Singapore, and are looking for something interesting to do for a day, I would highly recommend a trip to Johor Baru, and if you get the chance to do that, I would book Andy again!
Thank you so much Adam.
We just returned to the USA from a family trip to Asia, and Andy was by far one of our best guides, if not THE best. Due to Singapore laws, Andy had to arrange a certified local taxi for pick-up and to cross the border. Joseph (the driver) was on time, spoke English, and was very pleasant. And then Andy was amazing! He has such a good energy and charisma, conversation with him was very informational and insightful. Communication was also very easy before, during, and after the tour. He knew the best places to visit and recommended the best breakfast items at our first stop. Definitely A++ for Andy!
Thank you so much Bonnie. Take care 🙏
Very easy logistics to cross border into Malaysia. Nice mix of food, history, culture, and shopping. I really enjoyed hearing from Andy about life in Malaysia. Well worth the day trip. Also to note: I participate in the activity "Geocaching" and was looking to find a cache in the country of Malaysia. Andy was curious to hear about this and was flexible with our schedule so I could find one.
Thank you so much. Take care.
I was traveling in Singapore on business and had a weekend stayover. I decided to add in a day trip to Malaysia. Booked with only a few days notice. Andy, my guide, was very communicative and organized. He ensured I had all my paperwork in order for the border crossing. The pickup and border crossing went smoothly. We had a great day full of history and culinary sampling. Andy made recommendations of food to try. He was flexible with our schedule so I could hunt for a Geocache while in Malaysia. Highly recommend this experience if you are looking to experience Malaysia and learn about its history and culture.
Thank you so much Kelli. Take care.
Honestly one of the BEST tours we’ve been on! From start to finish the experience was perfect. We were picked up from our hotel, taken through immigration and we started our tour with Andy shortly after. He recommended the most delicious breakfast. We went to local spots and really got to learn about Johar Bahru and every day life as a local. An immersive experience which was well worth more than the price paid! We saved so much time by following Andy’s perfectly curated itinerary. The day went by quickly, the tour was around 11 hours but felt like time flew. Andy made us feel very comfortable and answered the many questions we asked with great detail. Time keeping was excellent on every stop. Everything was so professional. Also Andy took such great photos of us, he kindly offered at every stop. The bridge from Singapore to Johor Bahru is the world’s busiest land border crossing so the early start makes sense. We managed to miss the traffic which can take hours to navigate. Another example of great planning from Andy!
Thank you so much Mirha. Take care 🙏
My one-day tour of Johor was fantastic. Having visited Singapore many times for work, I had heard about JB from my local colleagues. This time around, I searched for a 1-day tour and was fortunate enough to book with Andy. Andy coordinated a cross-border taxi which picked me up promptly at my hotel and took me seamlessly over the international border to Johor, Malaysia. I then met Andy and transferred over to his vehicle. The day started off great with breakfast at a local cafe. Andy made recommendations on what to eat and he was spot on with his advice. After breakfast, we continued to cultural sites that really represent this diverse part of Malaysia. Andy freely conveyed his knowledge for each site we visited and as a solo traveler, I felt as if I'm just having a conversation with a friend. His warm nature, encyclopedic knowledge, and thoughtful itinerary made this a memorable day in JB. Highly recommend Andy as your go-to Malaysia guide.
Thank you so much Rubayyat. Take care!
Great family trip for the five of us. Our tour guide, Andy, was very friendly and helpful. The experience was worth the trek over from Singapore and try something new. We had a great time.
Thank you Erikk. Take care🙏
