We had a great experience on our Viator Tuk Tuk tour in Madrid with David as our guide. The tour uses an audio guide for most of the ride, but David added helpful context and interesting insights in between, which made it feel much more personal. The route itself was a perfect introduction to Madrid. We covered a lot of ground in a short amount of time—passing major landmarks, beautiful neighborhoods, and scenic viewpoints—without feeling rushed. It was especially ideal after traveling, since we could sit back, relax, and take everything in while still seeing a large part of the city. The Tuk Tuk is also great for navigating Madrid’s streets, getting into areas that larger vehicles can’t easily access. David was really fun to talk to and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. He gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, eat, and shop, which helped us plan the rest of our trip. Traveling with a toddler can be unpredictable, and when our son had a bit of a meltdown, David kindly stopped so we could take a break. He even took a beautiful photo for us at a scenic stop, which we really appreciated. What truly stood out was how thoughtful and polite he was—after we accidentally left our son’s bottle behind, he went out of his way to return it to our hotel. That level of care made a big impression. We’d 100% recommend this tour as a perfect way to start your time in Madrid and get a lay of the land before diving into the city on your own.
It was the perfect amount of time to get an overview of the city. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this tour when you first arrive to get an idea of what to see and do.
Great time seeing the sites of Madrid. Driver was so nice and gave us a lot of little known facts too.
Our Tuk Tuk driver, David was fun and very knowledgeable. He took us on an excellent tour of the main sights of Madrid. Very interesting and most enjoyable. It was very convenient for us to start and finish the tour near El Prado.

Super recommended to visit the most emblematic places of Madrid, comfortably and personally.. The Tuk Tuk, super cute and comfortable Very friendly driver And the very good explanatory video, fair and simple explanations. We are looking forward to the Bernabeu tour, seeing how well organized the center is, sure it is worth doing both!!
