After booking, I messaged her twice, asking her what time the tour would start, but she didn't answer, so I didn't know what time it would start until the day. Therefore, I contacted support and confirmed that my booking had been cancelled. Nevertheless, I received a call in the morning of the day that I would be picked up from the hotel. I didn't use the tour after all because I had already been out at that point.
