Vous visiterez trois caves au cours de votre journée: Première cave Prosecco Superiore DOCG: Vivez une visite privée spéciale qui comprend une visite de la cave où vous apprendrez le processus de vinification. Profitez d'une séance de dégustation guidée mettant en valeur les caractéristiques uniques du Prosecco. Deuxième cave Prosecco Superiore DOCG: Plongez dans un cadre pittoresque en vous promenant dans les vignes. Vous y découvrirez l’histoire et les processus de la cave avant de savourer une délicieuse dégustation accompagnée d’un déjeuner léger ou d’un pique-nique composé de spécialités locales comme le fromage, le salami, le prosciutto et le pain fraîchement cuit. Troisième cave Prosecco Superiore DOCG: Terminez votre visite dans un domaine viticole remarquable où vous profiterez d’une séance de dégustation de vin ou d’une expérience unique de dégustation de fromage chez l’un des meilleurs producteurs de fromage de la région. Voyage de retour: retour à Venise avant 16h30

Itinéraire
Nous partirons de Conegliano, nous visiterons le château de la ville. De là, vous verrez exactement où nous en sommes et pourquoi Prosecco est si bon ici. Je vais expliquer le Prosecco et la région. Non loin d'ici, nous visiterons notre première cave. visitez la cave et explication étape par étape de la vinification et du prosecco. Dégustation avec quelques amuse-gueules typiques appelés «cicchetti» (pain et fromage typique et pain avec salami typique)
Nous allons parcourir toute la route du Prosecco, de Conegliano à Valdobbiadene. À Valdobbiadene, nous allons visiter la colline la plus escarpée et nous allons faire notre deuxième dégustation avec un pique-nique spécial dans le vignoble. La meilleure expérience locale ! Explication de la cave, dégustation et déjeuner léger avec des plats typiques comme le fromage, le salami, le prosciutto, le pain, la focaccia, la bruschette
C'est le point où les collines vallonnées deviennent escarpées, l'une des meilleures zones à l'intérieur de la route du Prosecco. Nous prendrons le temps des explications et des photos. Nous aurons notre troisième dégustation dans la région

We visited 3 wineries and tasted 3-4 wines at each one with a paired tapas with each pour. The wines were good and so was the food. Chiara was informative from the moment we began on the drive to Prosecco Road. As well, she assists with the shipping of wines you purchase. I highly recommend this tour!

We had an incredible wine tour with Chiara! She picked us up from Venice, which was very convenient, and the ride was super comfortable. Chiara grew up in the Prosecco region and is very familiar with all the wineries and the local culture. We learned so much on the tour! And tasted the best wine! All the wine had delicious food pairings as well. Chiara was great to talk to, so friendly, and clearly loves giving the tours and introducing others to the rich Prosecco culture of the region. She also gave us some Venice recommendations on the ride back! We would highly recommend this tour if you want a day trip from Venice to explore the countryside with great conversation and delicious wine and food.

Our Prosecco tour with Chiara was amazing! She has a wealth of knowledge about the Prosecco making process and the area. We learned so many new facts and it really enhanced the tasting experience! It felt like a truly local experience as Chiara knew all of the winemakers personally and we were treated to tours of the vineyards and bottling rooms in addition to the tastings. She also made it incredibly easy for us to buy Prosecco from multiple vineyards and figure out the shipping back the US. Can’t recommend this tour enough!

The tour was perfect. Chiara is an expert guide who knows both the region and its winemakers. Our tour visited three small-batch wineries that produce some of the best prosecco that we have ever tasted. We also got to taste semi-sparkling wine usually only available to local customers. Outstanding tour, best one my whole 3 week trip in Italy. Chiara was so knowledgeable and just great with her connections with very special producers of DOCG Prosecco. Just a lovely day out with excellent wine, food, and company. So happy with the whole day! I am having a case shipped home, a 12 bottle mix from all 3 wineries I toured. Fantastic experience, one of the best tours we have been on anywhere, I would highly recommend. Three stunning vineyards, each a little different and producing their own distinctive Prosecco wine. You get to learn about the wines from the people running the vineyards and taste several different types. A beautiful lunch laid on at one of the venues with the wine tasting, and some food at another venue to compliment the wines being tasted. The tour guide is brilliant and very knowledgeable. The route from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene is very scenic. The transport is a modern and spacious 8 seat Mercedes, very comfortable. We thought overall it was excellent value for money and an experience we will never forget, truly special. Excellent English from the tour guide and vineyard owners.
