They take miney and don’t answer
Don’t bother to go on a tour with them. We we’re on time waiting for the tour to gind out there was a different meeting spot. Meanwhile, i’ve tried to call the organization more than 6 times. No one answerd because they were too busy. When arriving at our meeting spot 5 minutes later, we were too late. The park we went to has a minimum of 15 minutes walk to the other area. Afterwards we get the memo that we were too late, they could do nothing about it, our visit and money gone. They don’t take accountability or understand the situation. Just take money that’s it. If i could give less than 1 star i would. Got my money for free.

As this was a group tour with timed entry tickets, once the group had entered it was unfortunately not possible to join later. We sincerely regret your disappointment.

With a lot of crowd around, and booking issues our guide was the one who helped us sort our tickets, provide us with help and the guided tour is one of the best. We highly recommend to proceed with tours for today

Beautiful
Nice walk through the park with loads of info from Xavier, our guide. Even though it was very hot there are plenty of shade areas.

Great guide!
Isaac was our tour guide and he was wonderful. Very entertaining and very knowledgeable. Great for my husband and I and also three older sons. Highly recommend!

Albert is such a great guide
Albert was the greatest guide I’ve ever had!!!! He was so knowledgeable in the history of park guell and antoni gaudi. He answered all of our questions happily with pride in his knowledge! He even took some really awesome photos for us! All in all it was an incredible experience. Thank you Albert!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable, however, he needs to be a little more engaging. The park is beautiful and there is a nice sea view.

Bummer tour company .::
So crazy. We had a taxi that took us on a bit of an adventure and our tour company didn’t wait for us. We were 5 mins late. That’s fine. We had to pay twice and we rebooked on Viator with another company who took us immediately. Theory loss as we are very generous.
