What a wonderful tour! Natalia was excellent and had a very deep knowledge of the Palazzo Vecchio. It was a wonderful tour and we enjoyed our couple hours with her. We highly recommend her tour.
The Vecchio is prob not at the top of the list of 'obvious' tours but its well worth doing, as it is closely intertwined with the history of the rulers of Florence and esp the Medici family. So it help sets the context for how for example the Uffizi and the other more well known aspects of Florence came to be. Martina our guide was fun and informative, the company City Florence Tours also well organised (I found some of the other local operators were not good, so be careful of the provider you choose).
Beautiful town hall! Get skip of the line tickets for the tower in ADVANCE (because of covid space is limited). Our tour guide was amazing and informative.
Leonardo was knowledgeable and engaging. The tour included a pass to the top of the tower which is quite a hike but the view was amazing.
Dear Bonnie, thank you for sharing such a positive experience! We are very happy that you enjoyed the Palazzo Vecchio tour with our tour guide Leonardo! We hope to see you again Florence to do other tours together. Greetings, CityFlorenceTours Staff
Our Private Tour was brilliant, thanks to our wonderful guide Fabrizio. He helped us better understand the history of Florence and the part Palazzo Vecchio played (and still plays). The detail Fabrizio gave about The Hall of 500, and the Medici rooms throughout was excellent. Thoroughly recommend Fabrizio and the Private Tour, it might be more expensive than a general Tour, but the absence of headsets and the ability to ask whatever questions you have make it a value for money experience. The walk to the top of the tower was a great finish too!
Dear Customer, thank you for your time and for your fanatstic comment. We are very happy that you enjoyed our private guided tour with Fabrizo inside the most important building of the city, the Palazzo Vecchio. We also really appreciate your explanation about the advantages that can be had by participating in a private guided tour. We hope to see you again in Florence, to do other tours together. Greetings, CityFlorenceTours Staff
Fabrizio from City Florence Tours was a brilliant guide on our visit to Palazzo Vecchio. He was excellent, from helping us through the Covid/Vaccination checks, to his knowledge and passion for Florence history in general and the Palazzo Vecchio in detail. The Hall of the 500 and the walk through the Medici rooms was exactly what we wanted. Being a private tour we didn't need to use headsets to hear which made it more informal and intimate than other tours we've been on. Thanks Fabrizio!
Dear customer, Thank you for you time and for your fantastic review! Palazzo Vecchio is the most important monument in Florence, it represents the history of the city and we are happy that Fabrizio made your tour unique. Greetings, City Florence Tours Staff
We had a wonderful time. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had. It was great to hear a little history of the Medici family.
We had a great time on this tour! Our guide, Rosa, was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She walked us through each room and gave us the history of the rooms and the artworks. I highly recommend this tour if you’re able to go. And don’t forget to ask for Rosa!
Dear customer, Thank you for you time and for your review! Palazzo Vecchio is fantastic and we are happy that Rosa made you appreciate all its rooms Greetings, City Florence Tours Staff
We scheduled a private tour of Palazzo Vecchio not knowing what to expect. Our guide Valeria quickly convinced us that this is the only way to see any important monument in town. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Palazzo, the Medici and Florence history. She answered any and all questions we had. We strolled through the Palazzo with Valeria pointing out every little detail and providing all the historical background of what we saw. It was an absolute great experience.
Dear Jorg, Thank you for sharing such a positive experience! It's important for us to know that our guides like Valeria made you appreciate a monument like Palazzo Vecchio Greetings, City Florence Tours Staff
