Votre visite privée débutera à votre hôtel où votre guide viendra vous rencontrer. Vous partirez ensuite en direction du palais royal de Madrid en taxi. Une fois arrivé sur place votre guide privé vous fera entrer sans attendre dans le palais grâce aux entrées rapides. Vous découvrirez le plus beau palais royal d'Europe au travers des différentes pièces qui ont marqué l'histoire. Votre guide historien vous transmettra l'histoire de ce palais qui a connu de nombreuses dynasties. Si vous souhaitez plus d'explications sur une salle, un tableau ou un personnage de l'histoire en particulier n'hésitez pas à en faire part à votre guide, nos visites privées étant totalement personnalisées vous pourrez demander ce que vous souhaitez à votre guide. La visite se terminera à l'entrée du palais royal. Le palais royal de Madrid fait partie des monuments à voir lors d'une visite de Madrid. Situé non loin du Campo del Moro nous vous conseillons d'y faire un tour après la visite.

Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Votre guide vous retrouvera à votre hôtel pour commencer la visite (merci d'attendre votre guide dans le hall de votre hôtel). Il vous attendra quelques minutes avant l'heure prévue. Le trajet de l'hôtel au musée se fera en taxi, il est inclus dans la durée totale de la visite. Le transfert se fera en taxi (coût inclus dans la visite). Pour toute question concernant votre prise en charge, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter. À noter : le trajet s'effectuera en taxi (taxi de la ville de Madrid), cette visite n'inclut pas de service de chauffeur privé. Madrid est une capitale avec du trafic, nous nous excusons d'avance pour les potentiels bouchons lors de votre trajet. Si votre hotel est proche de l'un des musée le trajet se fera a pied, pour de tres petites distances il n'est pas necessaire de prendre le taxi (gain de temps), si vous avez des problemes de mobilité merci de nous l'indiquer.

Our tour of the Royal Palace was outstanding, especially our tour guide Cristiana. She communicated in advance of the tour, met us promptly at the start time and skipped the line for quick entry. The Royal Palace was spectacular and Cristiana provided wonderful commentary and historical perspective.

The title says everything. I was so aggravated by this. I would have bought tix in advance like I did for the Prado. Absolutely ridiculous!

Anna M. Was an outstanding guide, art major plus masters and she had a notebook of key Spanish maps and leaders which were very helpful in our understanding of Spanish history. She was patient and gracious with her time as the 4 of us adults had many questions and we over time a bit but she was never in rush. I would highly recommend Anna M. To anyone visiting the palace.

Our guide Florine was incredible. Best tour guide by far on the two week trip. He was easy to understand, assisted us in getting a wheel chair for our 80 year old mother and was overall a very kind person. This tour stats that it has hotel pick up, which we understood to be transportation to the palace, it should say "your guide will meet you and walk to the palace with you" instead of hotel pick up. Other than the description being slightly miss leading I would say this is a really great tour!

Regarding hotel pick-up, this is always included in the tour. If your hotel is very close to the palace (as was your case), there's no point in taking a cab, as you'll lose time. If the hotel is further away, we always use a cab (offered in the tour). Our tours are suitable for everyone, and we make sure that transfers are as convenient as possible.
