We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a wine tour with Dave as our driver and guide, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment he arrived (right on time), we knew we were in for a great day. Dave's positive energy and great vibes set the tone for the entire tour. I highly recommend Dave. He truly made our day special, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide!

if you're going on a wine tour, dave is the guide you want. of course, it's appealing to be picked up at the location of your choosing and to have him drive your vehicle. it's wonderful that this is a less expensive way to do it than going on other tours. but the real advantage of it is dave himself. he's something of a wine aficionado, with multiple levels of education of the subject (can't remember what they're called!). we like bubbly and pinot noirs, and he recommended which wineries we might enjoy most. we chose a small, mid size, and large scale winery and had so much fun! there is no way we would have been able to make such great choices on our own. thanks dave!

Dave was a wonderful guide. He was knowledgeable, fun and kept us on schedule. And we didn't have to worry about driving!

Excellent day with Dave herding us to a handful of wineries on the west side of the lake. We did 6. If you like reds, we highly recommend Tender Hope. Wow! Next time we are back in Kelowna, will definitely pre-book with Dave.

Unfortunately we have had to cancel this tour due to the fires but I would not hesitate to book with Dave if we can visit Canada again. His communication is brilliant, knowledge of the wine region, vineyards and wines is amazing and he is super helpful. So sorry we could not take this tour and I hope everyone in Kelowna stays safe.

We had such an amazing time on our wine tour with Dave,! He set up all of our schedule, made our reservations where they were needed, prepaid all the tastings he was able to…chose the perfect selection for us at wineries that offered more then one tasting. With his experience, he made some recommendations to visit wineries he thought we would enjoy more then the ones we had picked out, and we were not disappointed. In fact one of his recommendations was hands down our favorite experience! Our lunch at one of the wineries ran late, and Dave contacted the other wineries that were in line for us and wiggled our tasting times about so we didn’t miss out on anything. He was super attentive to what our preferences were, one of our group couldn’t drink red wines, and he made sure to communicate this to the tasting hosts and make sure she had a alternate selection. He chatted with us, elaborated upon the history of all the wineries we saw, and recommended wines for each of our tastes. He had a good sense of humor and is definitely seasoned at corralling slightly drunk ladies…he took all our wines to the car, maneuvered us all in the direction necessary to get us to the next place, and kept us on time. We definitely recommend Dave for a personalized and fine tuned tour!

Dave was an excellent guide on my bachelor party's exploration of the south Okanagan wine country. We spent most of the day touring wineries. Dave was willing to provide any level of guidance appropriate for the group. In our case, he put together a short-list of 'interesting' wineries and we picked from there. Dave was an excellent driver and vibed well with the group. I would highly recommend Dave from Wine and then Somm for any exploration of the interior BC wine country. Our wine tour with Dave was awesome!! He’s very knowledgeable and super friendly. Dave will come meet you where you are staying and he will drive your vehicle as you enjoy the wineries - so convenient! We loved the wineries that he chose for us as well! Can’t wait for another wine tour with Dave next summer!
