Ensemble, ces deux régions viticoles pittoresques créent une visite viticole privée unique pour une vie de souvenirs. Cette visite privée est entièrement personnalisable. Itinéraire
Cape Winelands, en particulier Stellebosch, abrite plus de 200 domaines viticoles primés. Par conséquent, puisqu'il s'agit d'un circuit privé personnalisable, nous permettons aux voyageurs de choisir leur propre domaine viticole pour une dégustation ou de suivre notre itinéraire soigneusement sélectionné. Un itinéraire typique serait comme suit: Commencez votre journée avec une prise en charge depuis votre lieu d'hébergement au Cap. Suivez la N2 jusqu'à votre première cave, De Morgenzon.
En arrivant à DeMorgenzon, vous dégusterez 3 vins délicieux différents. DeMorgenzon est réputé pour jouer de la musique classique sur ses vignes, convaincue que cela améliore la croissance de la vigne. Il n’est donc pas étonnant que DeMorgenzon ait remporté un prix pour avoir produit certains des meilleurs Chardonnay du monde.
Par la suite, visitez Stellenbosch, la deuxième ville la plus ancienne d’Afrique du Sud. Stellenbosch abrite également l'Université de Stellenbosch, qui accueille plus de 27 000 étudiants chaque année.
Ensuite, dirigez-vous vers la cave Marianne où vous pourrez déguster 6 vins avec du Biltong, une viande séchée semblable au bœuf séché. Marianne pense que le biltong améliore les saveurs de leurs vins. Le vin Floral de Marianne a été choisi à la main par le chef Gordon Ramsay pour le 91e anniversaire de Nelson Mandela.
Nous nous rendons au domaine viticole et fromager Fairview et profitons d'une dégustation de vin et de fromage. Vous pourrez également acheter des fromages Fairview auprès de l'épicerie fine.
Traversez la prison qui abritait Nelson Mandela, anciennement connu sous le nom de Victor Verster. Le guide s'arrêtera pour que vous puissiez prendre des photos dans cette zone légendaire à côté du monument de Nelson Mandela.
Faites un tour en voiture à travers la ville de Franschhoek (coin français), connue comme la capitale de la gastronomie et du vin de l'Afrique du Sud. C'est ici que vous trouverez certains des meilleurs restaurants et domaines viticoles d'influence française.
La visite se termine par le domaine viticole Delaire Graff pour une dégustation de vins. Le Delaire Graff est connu comme le joyau des vignobles du Cap et vous comprendrez bientôt pourquoi à partir du moment où vous entrez dans le domaine. Le Delaire Graff est vraiment l'un des domaines viticoles les plus exquis d'Afrique du Sud.
À la fin de notre visite, nous retournons au Cap pour une dépose à votre hébergement.

Ray was our driver/tour guide and we had the absolute best time. Our guide Ejide Yapemunga was informative, helpful and friendly. The wine tasting was disappointing. We did not spend money on the other 2 wine tastings.

They were able to customize our itinerary and made all of the reservations. Alex was a fantastic driver and gave us lots of information about the history of the area. Fairview had a fantastic cheese and wine tasting. Stark Conde might be the most beautiful winery we have ever visited. Waterford had our favorite wines and the chocolate pairing was a great way to end the day!

We did the Wineland Tour and visited Franschhoek , Paarl & Stellenbosch. Our guide was Wilson. He had great knowledge of the region and history which made the day enjoyable. It was a lot to cover in one day so so did not linger too long in one place.
