Au cours de cette visite, nous explorerons l'extrême nord-est de l'île en visitant la ville de Luquillo. Luquillo est connue pour sa cascade très isolée et son bord de l'eau naturel connu sous le nom de Las Pailas avec une piscine naturelle pour la baignade. Cet endroit est un véritable joyau caché pour les touristes mais un joyau bien connu des habitants de Naguabo. Le prochain arrêt est Fajardo où nous visiterons Seven Seas Beach, une plage privée aux eaux claires. Notre dernier arrêt à Luquillo est un paradis pour les gourmands avec plus de 60 kiosques différents servant une cuisine portoricaine traditionnelle.

Booked a tour with this provider weeks ago for today. Messaged yesterday to confirm pick up location & time, no response. At 4am this morning I received an email cancelling our tour — no explanation. At least I’m getting a refund but incredibly disappointed that my family is now missing out on this opportunity
First and foremost, we literally told this lady that our vehicle was having mechanical issues and had to see a mechanic unfortunately, if the vehicle is not working, we cannot provide the Tour. I don’t understand why she’s leaving this review number two we gave her a list of other Tour guys in the area offering the service system we even gave her alternatives. The entitlement of these service is unbelievable like these tours when books are not always gonna be set in stone because things can happen, whether can happen mechanical issues can happen life happen and people just going on these platforms leaving you one star reviews because they got canceled for a transportation. Issue is ridiculous.
This is a must do! Ryan was our tour guide and was great! He made it fun and it was clear he knew the area. He gave us specific tips on where to walk, what to avoid and how to go down the slide safely. The walk to the waterfalls was short and easy. There were large groups out at the waterfalls but Ryan made sure we had a good time. He was so friendly and helpful to others as well which was reassuring. Even if you don’t go down the slides, observing the natural beauty and getting in the water is a must.

My experience was terrible. No one on your end sent an email about my reservation so my friends and I were waiting to be picked up over a half hour and missed the whole tour.
Please accept our apologies. Our email account was down & we did not get a notification from Viator to honor the tour. A full refund was processed. We hope to make it up to you next time you visit PR with the discount code provided to you.
Our tour was amazing! We had Glory, she made us feel very welcome and safe throughout the whole tour. The waterslides were a beautiful view. They seem daunting to look at, but were so much fun! Glory made sure we were comfortable during the entire journey, making for an awesome experience. I highly recommend doing this tour!

We went on a private tour with our extended family ranging in ages from 17 to 91 years old. I was very impressed with how accommodating our guide, Tanya, was to our family’s needs. She was also very well versed in the Puerto Rican history and culture providing an overall excellent excursion!

This was a last minute booking for our family. We chose a private tour compared to similar group tours available for flexibility. Tanya - Our tour guide was pleasant company, very friendly and empathetic! Even though we could not go to the waterslides due to rain, we made the best of the tour with stopovers on 190. We stopped briefly at Luquillo Beach, but would recommend to chose a full rainforest trip instead.

We were super disappointed with the overall Private tour operator experience. We have done many Private tours through Viator (Italy, France, Oahu, Maui, Turks and Caicos, Antigua, New York, Boston, Charleston) and have never been disappointed. We prefer Private tours to get the local experience, and for our own clean space. Unfortunately, we would not recommend a private tour through this operator. 1. 15 minutes before our tour was to begin, we received a text message that we will be picked up 1 hour later, it ended up being 95 minutes. 2. The car was a personal car and dirty with sand everywhere 3. The car smell gave all of us a headache 4. The Luquillo beach we were brought too was filled with garbage, dirty underwear and the beach and water were not as pristine and secluded as other Luquillo beaches that we could have been brought too 5. The waterslides were amazing, but are unsafe and we should have been prepped on what to wear (highly recommend water shoes and or socks and probably a helmet :-) 6. Lack of professionalism overall. Taking personal calls on speaker in the car, too much personal talk, and choice of words was very uncomfortable. However, Shirley, the Tour coordinator for [RealPRTraveL] was amazing, she was always attentive and very responsive to communicate with. She helped us set up the Bioluminescent Tour through Eco Adventures which was an absolute amazing experience. Unfortunately, we cancelled the Lagoon Cave and Secluded Beaches Tour because of this experience. Hi guys this review came at a very big surprise seen that I was tipped $80 for such horrible service. I had explained to the clients that I was in a middle of a move me as the CEO I normally do not do tours but covered their tour last minute so that we did not have to cancel. Although staying outside of our pick up service area, we did not charge the fee for pick up. The personal conversation she is speaking of, is bc I was explaining to them a recent death in my family and the spoke out the crime/safety was of Puerto Rico, the scent they spoke of was a vanilla air fresher that we use in our cars. The clients the day before did leave some sand on the rug, but these clients were going to the beach as well in which we would of spent $ on a car wash for them to drag the sand right back in. The personal call on the speaker phone was 3 mins long and it was in Spanish so, not sure what foul language she was speaking of… lastly her youngest son HAD a Blast at the waterfall, and I personally helped him maneuver though the rainforest so we can enjoy hisself. They also mentioned how delicious the food was that had in luquillo. not sure how my service equates to a 1 star and to say that our staff is a amazing shouldn’t equal a 1 star
