If you are visiting Morocco for the first time, book this company! We visited Casablanca. The booking process was seamless, and our guide, Salah, was wonderful. He navigated us through the busy souks and introduced us to authentic Moroccan hospitality with a stop for delicious pastries and mint tea. Salah was also incredibly mindful of our well-being, even standing guard to keep me safe at the ATM. We felt completely secure and well taken care of.

Not sure what happened with this company, they have great reviews which is why my friends and I booked the guided souks tour for a stop in Casablanca during our Spain cruise. The driver met us at a nearby location but he spoke no English whatsoever. We asked several times if he was going to guide us thru the souks, he just nodded before dropping us off at a co-op where they just wanted us to buy stuff. He then took us to the souks where he dropped us off and said he would pick us up in a couple hours. We had him call the manager who didn’t even attempt to correct the issue or get us another guide. Our “guide” took us to a tea place where they gave us tea. He then drove us to the mall which we didn’t even realize was on the itinerary. When I tried to dispute the tour with my cc company, I lost due to whatever agreement I was forced into when I booked this tour, even though they clearly said they would provide a refund if the agreed upon services were not provided. Not sure how good this company is everywhere else but do yourself a favor and just get a cab to the souks if you’re in Casablanca, this company totally ripped us off.
