Loved the experience, the guide Nevin was knowledgeable about Egyptian history, navigating the area and local areas. She was very friendly and made the experience comfortable and fun.

Nevin was incredible. Extremely punctual. She took care of everything for us- the tickets, communication, everything we requested she did and so much more. We were a large group of 9 people - ages 3 to 70- and she was able to accomodate all of us. If we ever come back to Egypt, she will be the person we request and recommend to all of our family and friends!

We had an amazing time. Nevin was a great guide, who had a lot of knowledge about all we saw. The pyramids and Sphinx were spectacular to see up close and the museum was full of wonderful artefacts. Our guide Nevin paced the tour perfectly, so we were constantly seeing interesting things without being rushed. Her local knowledge was very useful and she had lots of friends and connections, which helped our tour :)

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our guide, Marco, today. He took us to see the incredible pyramids and the Sphinx, followed by a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum. Marco was extremely knowledgeable and brought the history of Egypt to life in a way that was interesting and easy to understand. He was always open to our questions, never made us feel rushed, and had a great sense of humour that made the entire day even more enjoyable. What stood out most was how well he took care of us throughout the day. He was professional, pleasant, patient and genuinely wanted to make sure we had the best experience possible. Visiting the pyramids was already a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but having Marco as our guide made the day even more memorable. We would highly recommend Marco to anyone visiting Cairo who wants a knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy guide. Just got back from this tour with Hasan being our tour guide, he was extremely knowledgeable about the ancient Egyptian history and made our visit to the Pyramids, Sphinx and the Grand Egyptian Museum extra special. He also took us to a beautiful local restaurant for lunch and even paid for our GEM tickets on line for us as we hadn’t pre booked (We obviously paid him back!). Thanks Hasan, a truly fantastic experience.

We had a great day. It could so easily have been a hassle but with Marco it was stress free and hugely enjoyable. He knows so much about Egyptian history it was a pleasure to listen to him. We asked a lot of questions but he was never thrown. He even knows hieroglyphics! He translated some inscriptions for us. We would not have had a tenth of the enjoyment and interest had we been on our own (or even with another guide I think). The logistics of the day were well organised. Marco took us to empty places to view the pyramids. He fended off enthusiastic street vendors. He guided us around the GEM avoiding crowds. He took photos of us that were so well posed that a couple asked him to take the same photo of them as he did of us. I think what was best was that he and our driver were friendly, funny and very likeable. We had a good time!

At the beginning it was a bit bumpy .....After that it was great !!! And remains unforgettable. 09/16/2026
