Pollok Country Park a entendu parler d'environ 50 Hightland Coos . Le parc est le plus grand parc de Glasgow avec 361 acres avec plus de 6 miles (11 km) de sentiers boisés. Le parc faisait autrefois partie du domaine Old Pollok et il contient Pollok House, qui a été construit en 1752 et était la maison ancestrale de la famille Maxwell. Cependant, les racines de la famille Maxwell dans le Pollok Country Park remontent encore plus loin, au XIIIe siècle.
Vous vous arrêterez dans un endroit pittoresque du Loch Lomond, qui offre une excellente occasion de prendre des photos, ainsi qu'un accès aux boutiques de souvenirs, aux toilettes et aux cafés. Vous pourrez également participer à des excursions en bateau sur le loch, qui peuvent être réservées à l'avance et durent jusqu'à une heure.
Vous vous arrêterez dans un endroit à couper le souffle pour prendre des photos panoramiques des paysages écossais. C'est l'occasion idéale de faire une pause, de réfléchir et de prendre quelques photos mémorables de la beauté naturelle de la région.
Vous serez déposé à l'entrée du château d'Inveraray, où vous pourrez embarquer pour une visite libre du château et de ses jardins. Vous pourrez vous plonger dans la riche tapisserie de l'histoire écossaise et britannique. Il n'est pas nécessaire de réserver à l'avance, cependant pour entrer dans le château, il y a des frais par personne. Ouvert du jeudi au lundi (fermé mardi et mercredi) du 7 avril au 28 octobre. Entrée: 10 £ par adulte pour les jardins, 18 £ par adulte pour les jardins et le château.
Vous vous arrêterez à un endroit pittoresque idéal pour prendre de superbes photographies du château de Kilchurn, une structure datant du milieu des années 1400.
L'église Saint-Conan, nichée dans le village pittoresque de Lochawe, captive les visiteurs du monde entier. Cette structure se distingue non seulement par sa beauté architecturale, mais aussi par l'atmosphère sereine qui l'enveloppe. L'église est un joyau architectural unique qui présente une variété de styles, notamment des éléments normands et gothiques. Les jardins environnants offrent une vue imprenable sur le Loch Awe.
Découvrez de charmantes boutiques de souvenirs et des cafés chaleureux, et montez jusqu'à la célèbre tour McCaig, où vous pourrez profiter d'une vue imprenable sur Oban et l'île de Mull par temps clair. Une visite facultative du château de Dunstaffnage est également disponible.
Castle Stalker – en gaélique, Stalcaire, signifiant chasseur ou fauconnier – aurait été à l’origine le site d’une Fortalice (un petit bâtiment fortifié) appartenant aux MacDougall lorsqu’ils étaient seigneurs de Lorn, et construite vers 1320. Les MacDougall perdent leur titre après leur défaite contre le roi Bruce à Brander Pass en 1308 mais le reprennent pour une période postérieure à 1328. Vers 1388, la seigneurie de Lorn passa aux Stewart, les terres comprenant Castle Stalker.
Vous ferez plusieurs arrêts dans et autour de Glencoe, offrant de nombreuses opportunités de photos. Capturez des vues imprenables sur les emblématiques Three Sisters et plongez-vous dans le paysage époustouflant des Highlands.
Vous vous arrêterez à Rannoch Moor, une étendue époustouflante de 50 miles carrés dans les Highlands écossais. Avec des opportunités de photos fantastiques, vous pourrez profiter de la tranquillité et de la beauté de cette région remarquable, parfaite pour capturer l'essence de la nature sauvage de l'Écosse.
Loch Tulla, un superbe lac d'eau douce situé au cœur de l'Écosse. Situé entre les villes de Tyndrum et Bridge of Orchy, ce magnifique plan d'eau est entouré d'un paysage de montagne à couper le souffle qui en fait l'un des endroits les plus pittoresques à admirer.
Vous vous arrêterez au parking des chutes de Falloch. De là, une marche de 5 minutes vous mènera aux magnifiques chutes de Falloch, où la rivière Falloch tombe en un seul bond d'environ 10 mètres. Une opportunité de photo fantastique.

Troy was a great tour guide. He helped us custom design our trip and was very knowledgeable about all the things we saw. He was very accommodating and picked up on my wife’s interest in movies that were filmed throughout the highlands. He arranged for the tickets at the Oban distillery and recommended a great fish and chips restaurant to get a snack. We made a special stop to get extremely close to some of the Highland cows which made great pictures. We are looking forward to scheduling our next visit to the Highlands and asking Troy to take us again. Extremely worth the time and cost.

This tour was the highlight of our two weeks in Europe. Troy went above and beyond to give us a personalized, family-friendly, private tour of the Highlands. My wife and I went on the tour with our 18 month old toddler, and Troy provided us with a car seat and was attentive to our son's safety and concern. Troy personalized the tour, giving my wife a closer look of her ancestral MacDonald clan territory, and gave recommendations for sensible options to see with our toddler. With stops approximately 20-45 minutes, our toddler always had a chance to stretch his legs when he was getting antsy. We will be recommending Troy's tour to all of our friends and family that plan a Scotland trip.

Troy made Scotland for us. I’m not exaggerating his importance. He took on 2 very diverse families with more personal requests than really necessary for 10 hours. I’m not sure what the highest civilian honor is in Scotland, but I would like to nominate Troy. He rolls with the punches all while entertaining and educating the whole group. Our kids range was from 7 to 15 with four parents. Everyone had a great time. Troy is funny, patient, and an excellent driver. There is a distinct possibility we will return to Scotland and booking Troy is first on my list, ahead of plane tickets. We learned a lot. We laughed a lot. We explored a lot. Troy was amazingly insightful! This is a perfect trip with a small group of people as we were expertly navigated through small towns and wonderful vistas. Troy was very well versed in everything we had questions on and catered the trip a little more toward our preferences within the agenda. (We stopped off to see more animal since my wife loved seeing them) We stopped places that we probably wouldn't have if we were driving and they were well worth the visit. Highly recommend booking this tour with Troy as it was a lot of fun and very informative.

We had a great experience on this tour! Our tour guide, Troy, was informative and knew all the best places to stop. A few highlights were getting to feed the highland coos at Polluck Park, fish and chips lunch at ‘The Real Food Cafe’ Tyndrum (that is able to accommodate both vegan and Gluten Free), and our photo stop at ‘the three sisters’ where Troy choose the perfect moment to bring out a whisky toast! Troy was a great photographer who helped us get some lovely group photos! Highly recommend if you want to squeeze a lot into a short period of time.
