Wat Traimit (le temple du Bouddha d'or) est un temple public célèbre pour son énorme image de Bouddha en or appelée officieusement "le Bouddha d'or" dans la position de maîtriser le mal. Cette image de Bouddha doré a environ 700 à 800 ans car elle a probablement été coulée à l'époque de Sukhothai, le début de l'histoire thaïlandaise.
Bangkok Chinatown est l’un des plus grands quartiers chinois situés dans les villes. Bangkok Chinatown est l’un des meilleurs pour découvrir ce qui le rend si unique. La route qui traverse ce quartier chinois est la route Yaowarat, construite en 1891 (ou 2434, époque bouddhiste). Cette route de deux kilomètres est souvent appelée «la route du dragon», reliant le quartier historique en forme de courbe de Chinatown.
Wat Pho (le temple du Bouddha couché) attire de plus en plus de visiteurs grâce à son inscription à l'UNESCO comme l'un des «Mémoire du monde». Wat Pho est bien connu pour son «image de Bouddha couché» recouverte de feuilles d’or, cette gigantesque statue de 46 mètres de long sur 15 mètres de hauteur. De plus, les pieds de l'image du Bouddha couché sont magnifiquement incrustés de nacre sculptée de signes sacrés.
La salle du trône Ananta Samakhom est appelée officieusement «la Maison Blanche» de Bangkok. C'est un bâtiment impressionnant qui servira de salle de réception pour le palais Dusit. Conçu dans le style de la Renaissance italienne, il est en marbre blanc italien avec un grand dôme au centre et six plus petits dômes environnants.
Le palais de Chitralada est parlé comme le "palais du roi" par les Thaïlandais. C'est la résidence de Sa Majesté la reine Sirikit à Bangkok. Il a une superficie totale de 4 kilomètres carrés. Le palais de Chitralada abrite également une ferme laitière et des usines construites par feu le roi Rama IX Bhumibol Adulyadej, qui abrite des centres de recherche sur les animaux de pâturage et les produits agricoles afin d'améliorer la qualité de vie des Thaïs.
Wat Ben (le temple de marbre) est le lieu idéal pour tous les voyageurs. Le temple possède une salle d'ordination laiteuse de style européen thaïlandais, faite de marbre de Carara d'Italie. Construire dans ce temple comporte des pignons élevés méticuleux, des toits en gradins et des fleurons élaborés. Le cloître de la salle d'ordination présente des images pittoresques de bouddha de nombreux pays d'Asie du Sud-Est. Vous serez surpris par la grande variété de styles et de gestes des images de Bouddha.

Prise en charge gratuite si votre hôtel se trouve dans le centre-ville de Bangkok (c'est-à-dire Kao San Road) ou le long de la ligne de métro aérien BTS : Victory monument, Phraya Thai, Rajchatewi, Pratunam, Siam square, Silom, Chidlom, Ploenjit, Nana, Sukhumvit road (jusqu'à Asoke et Phrom Pong). La plupart des voyageurs seront pris en charge à leur hôtel à 9h00. Veuillez être prêt à l'heure dans le hall car notre visite utilise un transfert partagé. We had an amazing time with our tour guide Lin and driver Mr. Thomas! They customized the trip for us - we had limited mobility because of an injury - and made sure we were comfortable and looked after the entire tour. We’re going to look into some of the other tours they do while we’re here !

What a great tour — truly a highlight of the trip. Luck was a stupendous guide: incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture, while also being friendly, personable, and engaging throughout.
