Beautiful beach of calm and warm green waters and white sand. Our guide Carina took us to a less busy part of the beach where we could relax and enjoy the place. She was always attentive to the group, very zealous and helpful. At lunch time we refested with wet fish accompanied by coconut rice and patacones.

The experience was wonderful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this adventure, the tour guide was more than accommodating and made sure to pick us up and drop us off at the hotel. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and loved sharing his culture with us.

Our Tour Guide Natalia and Wilson the driver were great! The experience was worth the peace of mind of a safe and easy journey and having the beach mostly to ourselves after the short boat ride. The lunch was good - standard fair of fried fish or chicken with rice and patacones. And minimal vendor traffic. We left at 7am and the early rise was worth it! Suggestio to bring snacks and water to hold you over until lunch!

Eating in Playa Blanca is not easy, expensive and not always up to par This is why the restaurant at the Hotel Calamari was a pleasant surprise. Once we discovered it we ate there too I recommend the hot peacado, which doesn't even look out of place compared to our fish soup. Clean and perfect hygiene. then if you also want something Italian...

Boris was an excellent tour guide for us on our trip to Playa Blanca and Baru Island. I asked if we could stop at the Bird Aviary prior to going to the beach and he was more than happy to accommodate us. We had the opportunity to take photos of some beautiful birds and enjoy the calmness of the atmosphere. On our way to playa Blanca, he stopped at a local store so we could purchase drinks and snacks before entering the beach area due to high markups in prices on the beach. He was very thoughtful and explained to us how to handle the vendors on the beach if we didn’t want to purchase anything. As part of the tour, he rented a boat with a driver to take us further down the beach from the locals, so we could enjoy a more private section of the beach. He closely watched our personal items as we swam in the water and enjoyed ourself. Lunch was delicious and ordered from a local vendor on the beach by the tour company. We felt very protected and safe with him being our tour guide. Emel our driver was also excellent and a great driver. My husband and I had a great time conversations with them both on our ride to the beach. Two really great and wonderful people. Thank you for allowing us to have an amazing tour.

Excellent Service with private transport and in good condition the island in a quiet area and spectacular lunch with guides are pending all helpful drivers as well as having spectacular accommodation as a mangrove house
