Lisbonne est romantique, belle, historique et une ville magnifique dans l'ensemble. Beaucoup d'entre nous qui vivent ici prennent toute leur vie pour découvrir pleinement toutes ses merveilles. Notre circuit See-It-All vise à vous en donner le plus possible en le moins de temps possible. Le patrimoine de la ville a plus de 800 ans et il y a beaucoup à apprendre à son sujet. De l'architecture baroque à gothique, en passant par les rues étroites de notre plus ancien quartier d'Alfama, nous sommes convaincus que vous serez immergé dans cette expérience unique. Nous avons l'intention de tout vous montrer, en commençant par le Parque Eduardo VII, et en passant par l'aqueduc d'Águas Livres, l'une des meilleures pièces d'ingénierie portugaise du XVIIIe siècle. Nous visiterons ensuite les sites classés au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO de la tour de Belém et du monastère des Jerónimos, le monument des découvertes et le musée des carrosses. Pour couronner le tout, nous nous arrêterons sur l'un de nos points de vue les plus célèbres de Lisbonne. Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, et terminez par une incroyable visite à pied d'Alfama, pour profiter de notre culture et de notre atmosphère populaires!

Itinéraire
Situé au nord de l'Avenida da Liberdade, au sommet de la place Pombal Marquis, se dresse le plus grand parc de Lisbonne. Initialement appelé Liberty Park, il a été rebaptisé en l'honneur de la visite du roi d'Angleterre en 1903. Il s'appellera désormais Edward VII Park. Développées le long de 25 acres de terrain, ces deux avenues sont parallèles à une longue bande d'herbe, avec de nombreux délices et des vues relaxantes
Bien que cachant quelques mystères, il était considéré comme le plus bel endroit de Lisbonne au tournant du siècle, l'impressionnante structure s'élève au-dessus de la vallée de l'Alcântara. La construction d'un aqueduc pour amener l'eau dans la ville a donné au roi João V l'occasion de s'adonner à sa passion pour la construction grandiose, car le seul quartier de Lisbonne qui avait de l'eau était à Alfama.
Commandée par le roi Manuel Ier, la tour a été construite de 1515 à 1521 pour être une forteresse au milieu du Tage. Point de départ des navigateurs des Découvertes, ce joyau manuélin est devenu le symbole de l'expansion portugaise.
Monument de la richesse de l'âge des découvertes, c'est le summum de l'architecture manuéline de l'époque. Il a été commandé par le roi Manuel I vers 1501, peu après le retour de Vasco de Gama.
Perché sur la rive du fleuve à Belém, ce monument massif a été construit en 1960 pour marquer le 500e anniversaire de la mort d'Henri le Navigateur.
Cette collection d'autocars est probablement la meilleure d'Europe. Fabriqués au Portugal, en Italie, en France, en Autriche et en Espagne, les carrosses couvrent trois siècles et vont du plus simple au plus sophistiqué.
Le point de vue de São Pedro de Alcântara est l'un des points de vue les plus larges et les plus emblématiques de Lisbonne. Il se trouve juste à côté du sommet du funiculaire de Glória et offre une vue particulière sur la ville. Ici, vous pouvez voir toute l'Avenida da Liberdade, Restauradores et Baixa, ainsi que la colline de Castelo de São Jorge, avec ses murs imposants et sa couronne verte photogénique de pins parasols. Vous pouvez également voir en détail le point de vue d'Igreja da Graça, avec son imposante église.
Un quartier fascinant à toute heure de la journée mais qui s'anime en début de soirée lorsque les habitants descendent dans les rues et que les tavernes commencent à se remplir. Il s'agit d'une visite à pied passant par le château S. Jorge, l'Igreja de Santo Antonio et la cathédrale de Lisbonne (Sé).
Le Panthéon National est l'un des symboles de Lisbonne, mais aussi du Portugal. Après tout, c'est la dernière demeure de grandes figures de notre histoire, comme Amália Rodrigues et Eusébio. Cependant, les particularités de ce lieu sont loin de se limiter aux déplacements de ceux qui s'y reposent. La construction de cet édifice a débuté au XVIe siècle. XVII et n'a été achevé que dans la seconde moitié du siècle. XX. Dans cet article, nous vous racontons comment tout a commencé ainsi qu'une légende liée à jamais à ce lieu.
Le site où se tenait l'Expo'98 s'appelle maintenant Parque das Nações et est devenu un centre d'activités culturelles. Avec son architecture contemporaine, ses attractions pour toute la famille et ses espaces de convivialité, le parc a redonné vie à la frange orientale de Lisbonne.

Jose was an extraordinary guide. Not only did he take me to all the places and neighborhoods I hadn’t visited in depth-Christ the Redeemer monument, Alfama, Almada, Chiado and Barrio Alto, he took me to two of the seven highest viewpoints of Lisbon. At each, he was able to point out all of the different neighborhoods, the property where I was staying, different monuments, palace and more. The views were spectacular. From there we had a lunch at a spot only frequented by locals. Not only was the food spectacular, the owner of the restaurant gifted me with a tile plaque commemorating the restaurants anniversary and also a poster of the restaurant. Our last stop was the Royal Palace of Lisbon. I have no comprehension as to why not is not one of the top rated points of interest in Lisbon as it is breathtakingly beautiful. We virtually had the palace to ourselves along with the gardens and greenhouse. Throughout the day I learned so much about the culture, history, architecture and development of Portugal. This was the perfect ending with the perfect person on a perfect trip. I could not have asked for more nor could I have been with a more entertaining, knowledgeable and decent person.

Wine yards and wine tasting was great, but aven better was the driver <3 no rush at all and he was very helpfull with everything. He had good local knowledge and also he did know lot from the history of Portugal. If you are still thinking to take a tour from Avenidas, stop the thinking and call them and make a reservation. I have to give 10+
Booked this tour and they never showed up. Was depending on them since we only had a short amount of time to explore Lisbon. I heard they had great reviews for tours/drivers so I was very excited to book them. However, I called and WhatsApp messaged them multiple times and never got a response. Very unprofessional.
Dear Deja, We are really sorry this client did not have the tour today. This reservation came in the early hours of the day prior to the travel date and our e-mail did not receive notification for it. Moreover, the contact attempts to our number through whatsapp, were not ideal because we have hundreds of chats there and things get lost very easily. It just so happens that there was a problem with the Viator notifications and we did not get an email informing of the reservation (which can some 24 hours prior to the tour). To be honest, as much as we regret not being able to serve this tour, which was in our best interest, we do not believe this situation is deserving of giving us a rating of 1*. I am one of a group of six women who contracted to be driven from the Lisbon airport to our Airbnb home on the evening of May 29, 2019. We had been lead to believe our house was in Sintra near restaurants, shopping, and transportation. Instead we found ourselves in the middle of a very rural area with none of the above within walking distance of our house! I was obviously upset about our situation, and told our driver, a young man named Marccio Passos, how we had been mislead when we booked the house. He saw our predicament and took it upon himself to call his boss and make arrangements so he could offer to be our private driver for the next 2 days. Not only that, but he also drove us to a grocery store that night and waited while we got provisions for making dinner and breakfast since we had nothing in the home. The next two days he was delightful, taking us to all the must see places in Sintra and then giving us an incredible day of visiting “his” Lisbon. He took us not only to the tourist attractions we requested, but also to an awesome local pastry shop, Pasteis de Belém, where we tried the famous Pastel de Nata. Later he surprised us with reservations at an incredible restaurant, Ponto Final, which was a highlight because of its location and great food. The bottom line is that Marccio turned what would have been a disaster into a wonderful experience for all of us. I believe most drivers would have thought us a bunch of silly women who did not do proper research and would have left us without another thought. I’m so thankful we had to good fortune to have Marccio as our driver the evening of the 29th. He had the integrity and empathy to go the extra mile and I will be forever grateful! L.Coffin
