"Gỏi đu đủ" - la salade de papaye est initialement proposée dans ma tournée depuis 2018. L'assiette de salade de papaye comprenait de longs brins de papaye verte finement coupée, des cacahuètes grillées, une sorte de ce que je pense être de la viande de bœuf séchée (la substance noire sur la gauche côté de mon assiette), un merveilleux ajout de tranches de coriandre vietnamienne et enfin une poignée de beignets extra croustillants, un peu comme des crackers frits, tout en haut. *frais, délicieux et à essayer absolument
Les immeubles d'habitation Nguyen Thien Thuat existent depuis environ un demi-siècle, où nous dégusterons la soupe au bœuf de Hue. La plupart des personnes qui y vivent ne veulent pas quitter leur lieu de vie habituel. Certains d'entre eux sont voisins depuis la guerre du Vietnam.
Ho Thi Ky est le plus grand marché aux fleurs d'Hô Chi Minh-Ville, approvisionnant en fleurs la ville et certaines provinces du sud du Vietnam. Fondé dans les années 1980, c'est un lieu rare qui conserve les caractéristiques du vieux Saigon.
L'un des plats de rue populaires à ne pas manquer lorsque vous visitez le Vietnam pour la première fois. Banh xeo fait référence à une crêpe grésillante qui contient différents ingrédients, notamment du porc, des crevettes, de l'oignon, des germes de soja et des haricots mungo.

I can highly recommend this tour. Our guides Ricky, Levi, Keven and there was other young man whose name I can not remember. All four guide were outstanding, knowledgeable and fun! The food was amazing and thr ride on the back of the motor cycle was also a great experience! 10/10!
Down to earth guides. Took us to many places outside the usual food tourgroups which felt personal. Great knowledge and happy to share their culture which is what we were looking for. Recommend to anyone wanting a more personal tour.

Excellent food great vibes and the motorbike ride was great
Absolutely our favorite thing we did in Saigon! We did all the normal tourist sights before this food tour, but we actually felt like we experienced the city the most when riding around the city on mopeds trying all these authentic restaurants and street food away from the beaten tourist path. Our guides were also absolutely fantastic. They were so funny and energetic and happy to answer all our questions. Their English is also great. Would recommend them to anyone going to Saigon!

This was such an incredible experience. Definitely a highlight of our trip! I took my parents, age 60 and 61 and we had a wonderful time. There was an abundance of food on offer! We were met by Huy, who was lovely, and he informed us of where we would be visiting. Then Thai and Nguyen joined to begin our tour. Thai was so entertaining, and had a wealth of interesting facts and knowledge about local areas, having grown up here himself. He had us laughing the whole evening. Huy was very informative and lovely, also explaining all the dishes and ingredients. Nguyen was so sweet - he is new to the company and did an excellent job driving my mother around - she had great chats with him. The food was excellent! We particularly enjoyed the beef stew and the Vietnamese pancakes, but everything was fantastic. It was lovely to drive around the different districts and experience eating at local places that we would never have stumbled across, if it weren’t for this tour! The views were also wonderful. The roads were chaotic, as always, in Vietnam, but we were in safe hands and thoroughly enjoyed weaving through the traffic! I would highly recommend doing this tour to experience Ho Chi Minh, authentically! Thank you for a wonderful evening, boys!

Doing a food tour on a motorbike through Ho Chi Minh City was such a highlight of our trip. The food was incredible and riding through the busy city traffic was an unforgettable experience.
